I like traditional Japanese tatami rooms, but... It's more uncomfortable than a bed. The bathroom is so small that it is inconvenient to use it. It's nice that there is a public bathhouse on the first floor. It's about 10 minutes from Kyoto Station.

The rooms facing the street are too noisy, and the rooms are not big in the Japanese-style room. The soundproofing effect of the windows is almost non-existent, and the sound of motorcycles is so loud that it feels like lying on the main road. And the signature bathhouse, emmmm, the big bathhouses in Northeast China have more pools than this one, but there is only one inside. This hotel is already cheap during the cherry blossom season, less than 1,000, but it is indeed the most expensive and the worst experience of my trip. The English of the old man at the front desk is also the worst among all the accommodations this time. The best English is actually the grandfather of Uji B&B

Magical place!!! Excellent bathhouse with creams/shampoos, etc. They give out Haori, yukata, free tea and coffee. You can eat your own food - they will help you warm it up, etc. if necessary. There are tons of souvenirs at the information desk. There is a stand with manga to read at your leisure. The location is super - opposite the temples and 10 minutes walk to the station. There are also shops nearby. I'll be back!

A very cute traditional Japanese inn, opposite Nishi Honganji Temple. The tatami is very comfortable to sleep on, but the toilet is very small. The public areas are also warm and lovely, with free coffee provided.

I was happy that the price was low, but the toilet seat was cold and I wish it had a cover. There were few electrical outlets in the room. There was no pot to boil water, so even though the bath was lukewarm, it warmed up afterwards which was nice.

A very good experience. The tatami room is large. The hotel is opposite Nishi Honganji Temple. The plum blossoms in the temple are blooming beautifully. There is a beautiful rooftop on the roof to enjoy the panoramic view of the temple. There is a free tea and coffee machine downstairs. It takes 20 minutes to walk to Kyoto Station, or you can take the bus, there are many ways to get there.

The transportation is a little inconvenient. It's a long way to walk from Kyoto Station. I didn't take the bus. I just took a taxi to visit the attractions. The room is great. It's big, clean, and Japanese style. The guy at the front desk is very nice and friendly. If you don't take photos and just want to soak, the hotel's own hot spring is enough.

very very good! In a total of twelve days of travel, this hotel was the most amazing to me. After staying for three nights, I wanted to go back early every day. The bathhouse is open until 12 o'clock every day. Muji's lotions and makeup removal products are provided, as well as free tea and coffee, as well as hot and ice water. Yukata can also be borrowed for free. The structure of the building is really great. I like this hotel very much!

This time I chose a ryokan because I wanted to relax in a spacious room. There's a Lawson nearby, so I didn't have any trouble shopping. Ice cream, juice, candy, and instant foods were sold at reasonable prices at the inn. Water, tea, coffee, and hot water are all located on the first floor, and the microwave is also located there. Please note that the bathrooms and toilets are shared. The room is simple with a refrigerator, humidifier, hair dryer and extension tap TV. The entrance is three flights of stairs down from the street, so if you have a heavy suitcase, you have to carry it down the stairs. The service and consideration made up for this inconvenience, and the splendor of the scenery was more than worth the price. Non-public areas of Nishi Honganji Temple can be seen from the rooftop terrace. Closed during bad weather for safety reasons. I had a very comfortable stay.
