The environment is quite good, relatively new, caught up with the maple leaf season, very convenient to travel, easy to call a taxi at the door. Many foreigners stay, the lobby is a little small, very Japanese style.

The transportation near the hotel is convenient, but the noise is very loud. I was woken up by motorcycles on the road at 6 o'clock in the morning. The floor is low. As a local five-star hotel, it costs 4,000 to 5,000 yuan per night. There is no porter to deliver the luggage to the room. I told the lobby manager that it was my birthday on the day of check-in, but there was no room upgrade or fruit preparation. It is not like five-star hotels in other regions or countries. They will check you in early or prepare some welcome gifts based on your tiredness during the journey. This may be the case for all hotels in Kyoto. Others are average. There are few types of breakfast. Check-out is at 11:00, and check-in is only possible at 3 pm. I will not choose this hotel next time I go to Kyoto.

The newly opened hotel is right next to a construction site. When I opened the curtains and went out, my mood suddenly dropped to the bottom. It was very noisy all day long. Such rooms should not be sold. When I communicated with the front desk to change rooms, the reception staff was very unprofessional. The whole process was not smooth. They kept us waiting and changed rooms twice before they succeeded.

Brand new hotel, became the first batch of guests after its opening, the hardware is good, but the staff is not well trained, check in/out takes a long time, the staff do not know how to do anything, and no one helps with luggage.
