Honestly, it exceeded my expectations! It was very clean, and the service was excellent. They also have parking available. It's very close to Shuhe Ancient Town, just a five or six-minute walk away. Breakfast is a buffet, and there's plenty to eat. Overall, it was great.

On our second day, we had an early start for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, and they even packed breakfast bags for us to take away, which was such a nice touch. After a long day, returning to a perfectly clean and comfortable room was a treat. They also kept us updated on the weather and proactively arranged everything, making us feel right at home in Shuhe. The rooms themselves are clean and tidy, with new and complete facilities – I heard they only opened two years ago. The smart home features are also very user-friendly. The service is a huge plus; the staff are warm and polite, always offering to help with luggage. Upon check-in, they provide complimentary fruit and drinks, and for extended stays, they even offer free airport transfers. The staff proactively contact you beforehand to arrange the pick-up, which is a thoughtful detail. Getting around is very convenient, whether for sightseeing or dining. My stay here was relaxing and comfortable, making for a truly pleasant experience. I genuinely recommend it to anyone visiting Lijiang.

Additionally, the breakfast spread was extensive, combining both Western and Chinese options, with fresh ingredients and great taste. Overall, both the hardware facilities and software services made for a very comfortable experience. The value for money is exceptional, and I'll definitely choose this place first on my next visit. When I booked, I didn't realize it was a villa-style accommodation, with each group of us staying in different buildings. Only the four of us were in one unit, which had a living room and two floors. Overall, the facilities were decent. You could grab as many bottles of mineral water as you wanted from the front desk, and there were plenty in the living room too. There was no bathtub. Breakfast was just okay, with a limited selection of both Chinese and Western options. The dining area was small and a bit basic, but the rice noodles were good, and you could add your own condiments. We extended our stay for half a day. Initially, they quoted 550 RMB, but later the front desk came back and said they'd applied for a discount for us, so we only paid 400 RMB. The most thoughtful touch was the complimentary airport transfer in a 7-seater car, which was very convenient. The location is excellent, right next to the entrance of Shuhe Ancient Town. We went in early in the morning, and there was hardly anyone around, which was fantastic.

The room was a villa type, very spacious and perfect for a family. It was very quiet and conveniently located right next to Shuhe Ancient Town, making travel easy and safe.

The hygiene was terrible, and the service was exceptionally bad. All they kept asking was, 'Can you understand what I'm saying?' They completely disregarded guests' needs and showed no patience whatsoever. The breakfast was so awful I wanted to bang my head against the wall; I've never eaten anything so disgusting in my life.
