A pretty good experience in Kuwait. Location wise, it is very accessible with good parking facilities. Breakfast with excellent view of the city.

Staffs are very welcoming and helpful especially Marry who assisted us on our check-in. She answers all our questions patiently. The room were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the foods in breakfast buffet served in Bays Restaurant. Lifeguards in the pool area are attentive on our kid's safety. Overall, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay.

I have been waiting to visit Soul and Spice restaurant since a long time. Finally i visited in Feb 2024. The service was superb and the staff was warm and very welcoming. The Indian food was good, just the way i like. They started with the welcome drink which is free. we ordered Briyani, Butter chicken and roti and THE best was their own made Vanilla ice cream. My family just loved it. You may say whats with a vanilla ice cream, yeah you have to taste it to expirence it.

We had great time , Staff are friendly, Premises are neat and clean. view is good. Food is delicious.. Near by shopping area.. We love to visit again.. We can see flying flights all the time.. Biriyani was so delicious

When ever we come from India our go to hotel is Inn and go. The only hotel in the kuwait city where there give option of kitchen for long staying guests. Room and the bed are so comfortable, but with television channels are limited. Maintenance staff is amazing especially a wonderful lady whose name is Charis.. who takes care of the guests. Inn and go staff should be proud to have an amazing resource like Charis. I am not a fan of this hotel's free breakfast no uniqueness. Overall this hotel is a good option if you want to stay in the city for long term.

First time staying with this property. It is an older facility but well maintained. It is exceptionally well staffed...all are helpful, courteous,t well-spoken. I was well pleased with my room and the amenities. It was large, comfortable, quiet, and well stocked. They also offer courteous valet parking. The breakfast buffet was typical to the region but included some delicious additions (fried shrimp, sushi, etc.). Don't get confused as I did when arriving (and likely many others...they were certainly use to explaining), but the Sheraton Four Points is located about 200' away and this Sheraton facility shares the property with Saint Regis hotel. Google took me to the other Sheraton and it was simpler navigating to use Saint Regis as my destination. The Club Lounge is useful but extremely limited. Surprisingly, they hotel will only issue money with a receipt. So, if you need money to purchase something (to get a receipt), you must use the ATM. It was a pleasant stay, and I would use them again to stay within my preferred chain. However, I plan to research other options first before returning.

We have everything we need for now. Internet (Wi-Fi) is also fast. There are also free dates and sweets.

Service from front desk was excellent, hotel was centrally located but surrounded by on-going construction and not easy to get to for drivers not familiar with the neighborhood. Everything else was great, including the breakfast.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. Negative points: strong connection in the reception but not in rooms where the signal is almost no, you must approach the door to have more or less decent connection. Too heavy dusts should put separate light beds so that they do not necessarily suffer the heat. I am not used to this, and it would be good to give the example by putting a cup of fresh water nearby and at least give the salt food waste that the People are wasting every morning at breakfast...

The service is very good. Due to the evening flight, the hotel check-out time is 16:00. The hotel also provides a free vehicle drop-off service. It is estimated that there should also be a free pick-up service. You can contact the hotel in advance to try.
