Exceptional service with accomodating staff, attentive over all communiation channels; face to face; email and whatsapp Breakfast was lovely with many options and offered all facilities and in close proximity to mall

everything was perfect, however the gym facilities needs a renewal or lets say a buff. They are in good working condition but not meeting my expectation for such a hotel.

I have stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Kuwait City several times now—this was probably my sixth visit—and that alone says everything about how much I enjoy staying here. Every single visit has been consistently excellent. The staff are genuinely welcoming, professional, and always willing to go the extra mile to make every guest feel comfortable and valued. From check-in to check-out, the service is simply outstanding. The rooms are spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The housekeeping team does an amazing job, and the overall cleanliness throughout the hotel is exceptional. The location is also perfect, making it convenient to get around Kuwait City. What impresses me the most is the consistency. It’s rare to find a hotel that maintains such a high standard every time you visit, but this hotel does exactly that. That’s why I keep coming back. A big thank you to the entire team for their outstanding hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kuwait, and I look forward to returning again for my next stay. Five stars without hesitation!

My first visit to Kuwait and I was lucky to stay with the best hotels in town. Professional and friendly staff. Specious nice room, I received a complementary room upgrade. My reservation included a shared airport shuttle, but the hotel was generous and provided a private car. Location is also perfect you can get everywhere conveniently. Thank you.

Great Service Chaima, the Algerian girl from the reception, was a great support for me eh I made my stay in the hotel exceptional! Thanks to her I will definitely come back and recommend the hotel.
