The hotel chosen with the elderly and children was a success this time. The hotel is located in the 1903 park, eating is very, very convenient, this is a win. The room size is right and the bedding is comfortable. I loved my stay at Hualuxe. I was able to talk to them through wechat before coming to confirm Covid-19 testing policies. The service was great, he hotel was clean, and the grounds are beautiful! The staff was very helpful and assisted me in booking a car to visit the Stone Forest. The location is far from the city. I loved being close to the lake and walked there a few times. Overall, it was a great stay!

This was an absolutely lovely stay. The room was clean, and when the staff cleaned the room while I was out, they went above and beyond, organizing everything, and everything perfect. The staff was fantastic and very attentive, especially Sherry Aaron (thank you so much for everything!). Location, staff, rooms were all wonderful. Highly recommend.

The service in the hotel is really great. Everyone greets everyone when they meet. The room is spacious and bright. Xiao Ai is very smart. The bathrobe is very comfortable and the toothbrush is easy to use. The hygiene is also excellent. There are 4 bottles of water in the room.
