衞生特別乾淨，房間裝修很有品味，温馨舒適，老闆服務態度好，並且詳細介紹景觀景區，給您提供地圖定位，服務質量棒，位置交通方便，小區24安保人員住得安心，小區門口兩邊商鋪全是美食，美食街都是當地美食小吃飯方便，房間沒施齊全，有廚房可做飯，停車在門口免費，夜晚很安靜，旅途中的必選民宿，下次還來這家。

1.入住便捷，按照指示即可自行入住。
2.房間裝修符合圖片。
3.房東提供遊玩及吃住訊息，可供參考。
4.衞生狀況，其他住户我不知道，我入住當天的情況是，廚房的鍋裏還有之前客人煮的麪；客廳地板有油，走路打滑；衞生間內有異味，垃圾桶內有許多垃圾，手盆裏留有明顯未清洗的污漬；被褥倒是平整，但是由於前述現象，無法判斷被褥是否更換，由於入住較晚，第二天起早出發，所以衹是住宿的基本需求，基本滿足。
5.其他並未體驗與使用，無法給出評價。

很新很乾凈的民宿，和圖片一樣，小區安靜，床睡着也很舒服，設施都很新也是品牌的，用着放心，智能馬桶、凈水器也配備的，就是忘記拍照了，住着很滿意！

入住體驗非常不錯 小區就挨着七彩雲南歡樂世界 太棒了 都不用開車過去 散着步就到樂園了 剛好是新年初一 昨晚還在樓下觀看了一場煙花秀 😍😍😍 小朋友特別的開心。房東也很熱情 這附近哪兒有吃的 逛的 都很熱心的跟我講解 這個地方找到了 下次來這邊玩還住這兒。
