First of all, the staff, including the cleaning lady at the door, were very nice and upgraded the room for free. The room is reasonably designed, fully equipped, clean and tidy. I took a picture of the shower head, which had no water stains. I opened the window and drew the curtains, which did not affect my sleep at night. There will be some mineral water in the elevator room on each floor for guests to use at any time. The breakfast is rich, with Chinese and Western buffets, and the combination of meat and vegetables is balanced. After staying for two days, I found that they would change the menu. There were three grandparents and grandchildren who didn't have time to eat breakfast, so they gave them take-away boxes and bags, which was very humane. A small gift was given at check-out, which shows that they are attentive. I will stay here again when I come to Kunming
