If it wasn't for the hospital being close by, I really wouldn't have booked it! The front desk staff had a terrible attitude. The first time, I hadn't booked yet and wanted to see the room first. After seeing it, I felt it was a bit noisy. When I asked about other rooms, they told me that I could stay or not, because they were sold out! The second time, because I had to make an appoin**ent for surgery, I booked in advance. It was not the same front desk, but the attitude was a little better. The room was not bad.
