是一家旅館級酒店，下圖是酒店外觀的真實圖片，而平台的花草是樓頂一小塊老闆直接種養的，這次評論主要想説的是原來台灣人民説大陸吃不起茶葉蛋是真的，早餐的雞蛋一個人可以到廚房窗口領一個，這是廚房阿姨説老闆規定的，她們是打工的沒有辦法，熱菜有芹菜、大白菜、白菜花、炒飯（早上八點半已經沒有了，涼拌黃瓜（早上八點半沒有了），早上八點半就沒有菜了，兩個阿姨在廚房裡聊天，我問了她們才端了白菜、芹菜、白菜花來加，其它的沒有了，喝個豆漿也沒有白糖，雞蛋是後來我見到別的客人吃了才知道有，隔壁桌的説自己去廚房窗口領雞蛋，一人一個🤦♂️

酒店房間還算比較大，設施稍微老舊了一些，外觀看的比房間內差很多，樓頂花園不錯，早餐比較簡單，但在花園裡麪吃，環境很好

房間乾淨度還是可以的，設施也比較新，但是服務態度一般，環境也沒有網上描述的那麼好，就是臨近馬路的地方，聽説花園是在樓頂，也沒時間看，總之還算過得去的一家酒店。

運氣不錯前台小姐姐還免費幫忙升級了房間，房間温馨舒適，窗簾是電動開合的，房間也挺智能的，床墊很軟，睡得很舒服，周圍小吃炒菜，火鍋都有，挺車場就在旁邊，位置好找

是看圖訂的房，以為是帶花園的幽靜的酒店，到那裡時傻眼了，根本不是。周邊環境真是不忍直視啊，我睡覺最怕吵了，定的行政套房靠馬路，嚇我一跳，不過最後換了個不靠馬路的總算好點，房間寬敞，但是總聞到一股味兒，應該是以前的客人留下的不好的味道，建議把沙發套枕頭套全面清洗去異味，晚上睡覺我不開空調的，怕噪音，但隔壁開，空調外機的噪音很大。價格是比較合理，酒店裡麪簡單整潔，外部環境是真的不好。

6樓是一個花園，上面還有涼亭，晚上拍的不是很清楚，環境是真的很愛，特別喜歡這種帶花園的酒店，房間設施比較完善，衞生也特別不錯，位置好找，就在昆明學院轉盤這裏

酒店非常的差，就這樣頂多算是個快捷酒店的標準，攜程能評3星級？前台服務簡直是太差了，説話非常的不禮貌，就跟客人欠了他錢一樣。酒店標稱有停車場，結果晚上開車過去，鐵柵門是關閉的，前台説衹能停路邊，但風險自擔，並且明天早上就要隨時準備出來挪車。前台態度還非常惡劣，跟我吵半天，意思是沒有停車場是理所應當的，意思是説讓你隨時出來挪車怎麼不對了。從來沒有見過這麼差的酒店，這麼差的前台，太差了。這樣的酒店，車停在門口馬路有很大的風險，並且我實在不想早起，我衹好大半夜開車去1公里多的地方找了一個收費停車場，再步行回來，折騰半天，弄到快凌晨2點才能睡。入住體驗太差了。洗澡大噴頭還是壞的，水亂濺。
