Room was nice with super cool location, just by the lake side. Super nice service from staff especially Miss Lucy (露仔) who took care of our check in, other staff also nice, helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and my next Kunming visit.

Great location right next to Cui Hu. The rooms were quite small but good value for money for a quick 2 night stay.

The hotel was quite far from the metro around 800 m in which there were steep roads as well. But it was really really close to the park so I would recommend to people who love to go to the park. It had a calm atmosphere which was really good. The staff were helpful with the late check in which we appreciated very much. The room was quite small but it had everything necessary.

Great place to stay in Kunming! We got lucky and got upgraded to a room with a small courtyard which was very lovely. The shower pressure was fantastic and the bed was super comfy. We loved that you can do your laundry for free upstairs and they have space for you to air-dry your clothes or you can use the dryer. They have hot tea and snacks for free near the reception. Overall it was great and the surrounding area had enough food choices and next to the hotel was a nice park, perfect for an evening stroll.

This hotel is excellent. It's just next to the lake. The service exceeded expectations. There was a wide spread for breakfast, and surprisingly complimentary supper was also available. Very good value for money.

You'd want to stay here for the location, just northwest of the hotel is a street with a bunch of breweries and restaurants, including Salvadors, an American-opened restaurant/pub that all the foreigners go to and has a great vibe for someone looking for a more lovely atmosphere and solid Western food. The hotel is on the north side of cuihu lake which is nice to walk around and also hosts Yunnan University, though you need to register thru a qr code to enter the university. Hotel room itself was quite small but fair for its price. Citigo is like a boutique small office hotel, there's a meeting room downstairs you can book for meetings or just work out of, and a small bar/cafe you can order drinks from. At night around ten? Or eleven pm they serve Yunnanese noodles. Lounge area outside the hotel lobby is large and overlooks the lake, nice spot for remote workers like me and you can grab some beers from the bar. Would definitely use for my next visit to Kunming, largely for the location which can't be beat.

Very great hotel with a lot of great amenities. The food at the restaurant downstairs is also really really good. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful for any of my questions. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is also perfect. lol

The hotel is located in an area adjacent to a large inner-city lake that is a great place for a walk. Around the neighborhood there are many shops, restaurants and bars. In general, it a quiet area with not much traffic and noise. The hotel staff were very helpful, the room was clean, had everything I needed for my stay, and was great value for the price. I liked the outside seating area for sitting with friends and also the bar in the lobby area that has a good selection of beers. I definitely recommend this hotel for people with a short stay in Kunming.
