Great place to stay when bisiting Songdo. It's a few stations away from triple street by subway. I would recommend the place.

Not good of the service, the trip.com said to give me the information of the room but they weren’t, I have to call to the service by myself and get the information from the owner of the hotel.

Clean room, I will stay here again when i come here later.

It was first time to join this apartment house. However it was better than my expectations. Clean and comfortable and safety with good sightseeing from widow.

The house is located near the central park of Songdo. The apartment itself is not very clean (there are stains on the table, stove, sofa) and not very new. There are necessary household appliances

The room was on the 14th floor and had a good view, the room inside was quite spacious, but not like in the photos, located in a good area, there is a cool park nearby and everything you need is around!

Amenities include a refrigerator, washing machine, and induction cooker, and there are restaurants nearby. It was convenient as it was located in a shopping area on the first floor.

Everything is very good, clean and comfortable room, beautiful view from the window. Price-quality ratio 10 out of 10. We really liked it, if we are in Incheon again we will definitely rent again.

It's a high floor so it's nice to have a city view outside. :) There are many similar officetels nearby, so we called to find a parking lot, but we had a drinking plan in the evening, so when we called Kakao Taxi, the drivers had trouble finding it. Other than that, I had a comfortable stay. :)

The location is great and the facilities are great! However, I wonder if the towel was left on by someone else... It was unpleasant because there was some unknown foreign substance on it. There was a lot of water stains on the coffee pot, so I cleaned it and washed it thoroughly. Other than this, everything was good. I had a nice stay.

I arrived earlier than the check-in time, so I tried to put my luggage in the locker, but they don't accept cash and only accept credit cards issued in Korea. I paid with my friend's credit card, but when I took my luggage out, an extension fee was charged, and since none of my credit cards were accepted, the extension fee increased. A kind woman who happened to be passing by called the management company and paid the locker extension fee with her own card, and I paid her in cash. The management company showed me to my room, and I was finally able to enter. The management company said that after booking, if you have a Korean mobile phone, they will send you a short message with the check-in instructions, room number, and room door password. I asked how people who made reservations from overseas mobile phones or computers, like me in Japan, check in, but the management company didn't answer me, just said that this sometimes happens, and left without an apology. The facilities in the room were well-equipped, but when I opened the shelf under the kitchen, there was trash scattered all over the place.

The location is convenient as it is right in front of the subway station. It's clean since it was recently built! It was well soundproofed, so I was able to sleep quietly.
