Hotel location is great, and I checked in on midnight. Smooth check in, but cleanliness need to be improve.

Location is not bad, but the service is very bad. waited for so long to check in, plan to take a quick shower and short nap here but the toilet and bed are both dirty. Very disappointed.

This is the worst
When i check in reception female staff impolite
In room and toileit got cocroach every where
Cant sleep
