I have stayed at the hotel during my business trip to LA, had a good experience, thanks

This is overall not a bad hotel, but it certainly falls short of expectations given the branding and price point. The room was nice enough though sp****ly furnished given the size, and a bit awkwardly designed. There’s no coffee or tea service at all, not even a hot water kettle, and plastic cups are just tacky. One morning I woke up and found there was no hot water. Apparently a boiler had failed. I understand problems like this can happen, but there was no follow-up despite the front desk staff saying that once the manager arrived, it would be addressed. When I checked out the next morning, there was no notation in my account. It was proposed that one day’s “destination fee” be waived, which felt trivial; I suggested two and this was begrudgingly accepted. I’ve stayed in many hundreds of hotels over the years and this is only the second time I ever felt justified in requesting some sort of recompense; however, I was made to feel if this was somehow my problem and they weren’t very pleased with having to offer a response. The small restaurant was a highlight, however; the staff was very friendly and attentive and the food was overall quite good. All things considered, I would seek an alternative option in Santa Monica, I’m certain better values exist at either a higher or lower cost.

This was a very bad experience the staff was really rude they would accommodate other people and when we made a request similar to other request they turned us down

It was good but far a bit from the peer and they only serve coffee in the morning nothing else and you will pay extra for breakfast.

It is really small for a hotel at this price. The food below is also very expensive. There is an extra fee of about 300. You can only watch it at the front desk below.

Close to Santa Monica Beach, it only provides valet parking service (Valet Parking), and self-parking is not allowed. Coffee is served in the hotel lobby at 6:30 every morning. There are various catering service stores around where you can buy breakfast. There are gas stations, convenience stores, and Walgreens large supermarkets within walking distance where you can buy common travel supplies, but there are no luggage products for customers. Place excess purchased merchandise. A new building is under construction opposite the hotel.

I lost a personal bath towel, a pair of headphones, and a book. Because I didn’t understand the language and the price was not expensive, I didn’t pursue them. In the end, I was overcharged for daily parking fees. How could I have a car? Now think about it, Americans really don’t take things seriously. Shouldn’t they leave some tips in the room every day?

It was a bit far from Santa Monica Beach, but the soundproofing of the hotel was good, and both the bedding and bathroom were clean. The drip coffee provided daily in the lounge was also quite satisfactory, and although the weather was cold, I was unable to use the jacuzzi pool, but the cozy and comfortable feeling was entirely satisfactory. Parking is available, but it was disappointing that the cost per day was a bit high.. We found a nearby public parking lot and parked separately.

This hotel will not come to live next time!

The furniture in the hotel room is a little old, and there is not even a ceiling light in the room. The overall equipment and decoration are not quite right from the price.

Nice, good hotel undoubtedly, all too small towels, the only thing they keep you 40 dollars extra and then… .. I asked for a drop of glue…. I was provided with a semi-empty tube and it was marked on the room as… extra! Are we kidding?!? What a shame!!! Extras that I have not used at all, I only stayed one night…. What extras are we talking about?

There seems to be industrial action/protest going on outside this hotel as well as others in Santa Monica, so there was a lot of very loud noise outside in the mornings. Not sure how temporary this will be. Our room was not ready on time and staff did not really handle it in the most customer-service-friendly manner. However, the actual room was clean and the beds comfortable. The bathroom had a nice large counter top which was helpful for a family stay. The pool was out of service one day we were there but seemed to be up and running the next day. Bike rental was a nice perk and they also had helmets, locks etc which was helpful. Overall we had a fine stay but I would not rush to stay at this particular hotel again as there are other options in a similar price point in the area.

We found Le Meridien at the last minute. How lucky we were. Great location, terrific staff, wonderful facility. And a good restaurant. We loved our stay there and highly recommend Le Meridien Delfina to all.

I am not sure if it is our bad luck or what but during our whole stay we woke up on the sound of protestors in the whole front doors upsetting about something related to this hotel and it is clear the sound isolation in not good in the hotel because their sound is loud and clear in our room :(
