Big room! Right next to Hakata Station.
But found out that the configurations of each room can be quite different. All 3 rooms that I booked were different.
Nevertheless, it's a good value for money and convenience as a whole.
It is also connected to an underground parking JPY1500/night.

The hotel location was good, just outside the Beppu station east exit, very close and convenient, especially visiting sites using the railway system.
The receptionist was helpful in accommodating us. The room that we got was very spacious, the downside to it was a smoking room which you could smell throughout (next time will get a non-smoking room.

Hotel location is very good, very close to train and subway station. Room also ok, size is good. The problem is that it has 4 windows and none of them can be open. A/C unit can only make it hot, not cool so there is lack of fresh air inside. Had to borrow fan from the reception to be able to sleep at night. Otherwise no complains.

Jaded hotel but super location. A good location with shopping malls and the train stations. Sound proofing not good though.

Hotel is next to Hakata station, just a min walk away! So convenient! The hotel is pretty grand too. Service was good and staff were helpful! Highly recommended!

The hotel was located stone throw from Hakata Station. Check in on the 3rd floor, stayed the night for a morning flight. Very clean room, ample moving space with decent amenities. Breakfast had a very good spread of western or Japanese selection. Would recommend this hotel for it's location.

Request to have an early check-in was declined.
The front office staff asked as to pay more for early check-in.
Located outside the Hakata Station, easy access, very convenience.
Clean and tidy room.

staffs were kind and friendly. The room was bigger than average japanese hotel rooms.
other than the sewage smell in the bathroom and odor from carpet, i was very satisfied with the room and facilities.
location is amazing it's literally 1 minute away from the east gate of hakata station, very easy to find and convenient to move around using bus or subway.
so many shopping malls near the hotel.
i enjoyed staying in this hotel and i'm willing to stay here again.

This hotel is an awesome 3 star hotel--and the price is good too! You cannot beat the convenient location! We had a standard double room, which was very, very spacious for a hotel in Japan! With a separate sitting area and fridge. The AC worked great for our summer visit! Bathroom had a full tub, again spacious for Japan. I would totally recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a nice, roomy place to stay. We did not try the breakfast--so no comment on that, but they do have a breakfast place. But again, cannot beat the location, you literally walk out the front door, take a left and you're at the biggest train station in Fukuoka (Hakata Station).
