The location is very good, very close to Petaling Street. It is convenient to eat around. There are restaurants open at 1am. You can also walk to the surrounding attractions during the day. Don't ask too much for the room, as long as the price is cheap and it is convenient to travel.

The environment is too bad. The bed sheets are dirty and have hair on them. The door handles and locks are rusty and scratched. The hotel doesn't care. There is no quilt either. I thought it would be better as it is a Chinese-owned hotel, but it is worse.

This is a very practical budget Malaysian Chinese hotel with no frills (only the essentials) located on the main nerve in Chinatown... Jalan Sultan. But don't let the online price fool you. The hotel management has standards. There is a friendly guy from Burma making sugar cane juice (air tebu) right in front of the hotel. Up and down the street there are local style kopi shops, plenty of vendors selling almost everything imaginable and places to eat. One place you must try EVERYDAY!! is Coco's Mee Tarik at the end of the road (Chinese Halal). One grand amenity that I get at Hotel Nan Yeang that I do not get at other hotels for the same price: a spacious balcony with a spectacular view of Warison Merdeka 118. I walk out onto the balcony and see the newly built skyscraper upfront, close and personal. I don't know if this is a building or a rocket or a spaceship with lasers. That is how many features this structure has!! The two managers on staff are too lovely women, Ms. Eng❤️ and Ms. Chong❤️ who oversee the operations of the hotel. They make sure that the air conditioning units in the rooms are cleaned regularly. "Abang", from Indonesia, takes care of maintenance and has 2 guys under him from Myanmar. The quiet guy keeps up with painting the rooms and halls. Housekeeping is good enough... nice women from Indonesia... but they could do a more thorough job. A deeper clean. And the front desk staff is very warm and friendly (and they put up with me... which is a bonus). What more could you ask for?? I recommend this wonderful Malaysian-style hotel.❤️

The room is relatively small, suitable for one person. The water pressure is not strong, but the temperature is just right. The TV is newly installed, and there are many channels to watch. It is also convenient for travel. The front desk staff is very good and can speak Chinese.

Location is good. Near city center.

Great location. The price is adequate to the quality. The room is a bit dirty and smelly, but don't worry because it's a normal Chinese standard. If you want to sleep in a good location in Chinatown, I recommend it.

The room is old and there is no toothpaste or toothbrush. There is a balcony. The hygiene is OK. The bedside hygiene is terrible. It is still acceptable to wait for 6 hours to check in.

It's still very good and can communicate in Chinese.
