This is amazing hotel!! The my most favorite thing of this hotel is super cool and fantastic pool bar. The view from bar is best!

Great view! I could enjoy the twin towers right through the window. The facility was also good but it was little bit disappointed when we had a breakfast at the restaurant cuz of services but it wasn’t really bother me to enjoy staying. Other than that, everything was fine.

Bed is a little too soft for me. But overall enjoyed the stay. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

If you're looking for a sleepless stay, this is your choice. The food at The Flock is great, a solid 10 out of 10 with a reasonable price. However, you can hardly get any sleep before 4am due to the nonstop parties every night. Even we stayed at level 19, we can hear the music and traffic sound clearly before 4am. Guess this is a good place for youngsters, but not for anyone who needs a good rest.

Everything seems good from service to location. But the mattress and pillows are too soft for back and neck support. I personally prefer firmer mattress for back support and pillows too need to be firmer unordered to give the neck better hold and support.

The hotel is great and also a very good location. The only point is that there was not hot water for the first two days .

A pleasant stay with friendly service. Located in a prime spot near the Suria KLCC mall and the Petronas twin towers. A good breakfast buffet.
