It is a good new hotel located very near to Trx Exchange Mall. Just around 5 minutes walking distance to the mall and takes around 10 minutes walk to Bukit Bintang. Got free upgrade to loft rooms where it is a bit spacious but tired to climb the stairs up and down all time. Simple breakfast selection and also got free chocolate inside the fridge. Room cleanliness need to be improve, dust everywhere. A small parking area as of now with valet parking charge of RM20 per stay but the worst things was they left my car engine turn on for more than 3 hours! It is a very disappointing thing which drain my fuel and heat up my car! I hope the hotel management can take action on this and improve more of their staff of those valet services.

Not child friendly if booked the loft, overall hospitality are alright.
The sharp edges need put protection knock on it few times.
Location is alright and they do have parking with charges which is run by third parties.

Nice and very clean and new hotel. Good location to TRX mall. Thanks for free upgrade to loft room with king bed.. Received welcome drinks and chocolate chip cookie during check-in. Breakfast set is huge and tasty. Will sure recommend Lloyd’s Inn KL to friends and colleagues.

Located behind TRX The Exchange mall, just under 5 mins walking distance to the mall and the mrt station. Hotel is a bit small, but very decent with basic facilities. Room is clean, got a free upgrade to the loft. Had a little balcony with a swing which is great. Sound proofing is not that great, can hear other guests going up and down the staircases. Food was good, not overpriced. Customer service was really good and they gave free chocolate and free welcoming drink. Would come back to stay again.

Haved a great stay at this brand new boutique hotel. 3-5 mins walking distance to TRX Shoping Mall (Just at the back of hotel). Simple & clean room, I like the fresh and clean towels, even lotion & hair conditioner also provided. Front Office staff are very friendly & helpful. 1st time stayed, had booked again for my next stay, greatly enjoy my staycation here, Thanks.

appreciate the staff’s attention to detail and the service given before and after checkin. it was so pleasant and welcoming! the view we had was facing TRX, and i love the city lights at night. it was all perfect to celebrate my pre-birthday celebration which the staff took into account as well.

************* for the cheapest price that we got from Trip.com and lucky enough for an awesome upgrade to a big sky room (loft).. Everything went unexpectedly smooth.. They were just opened on last April and we got some velvety dark chocolate 🍫
