The services were good, and the concierge was polite. The detail-giving was excellent. What I liked most was the very clean and nice room. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and relaxing. Although we didn't explore the pool area, we were very satisfied. Itโs very convenient the place.

My brother and I have stayed in this hotel for 4 nights.Customer service was doing their job only, had no intention to take ownership to make customer a seamless stay.
We had a couple of issues not being handled properly and this is the main reason I do not wish to provide a good rating.
No bathrobe provided ( there is a public swimming pool if you are going you need a robe to cover in elevator)
Need to ask for toothpaste everyday, reception did not prepare or even care about what we will need for the 4 nights. The first night even no hand wash and shower gel was empty.
I found 3 insects in total, it was very disappointing as i approached to reception and I was told that they will send someone to check and no one came.
As a 4 star hotel, they do need proper pest control, and improve customer service to keep long term customers.

It was a memorable stay. Room was spacious. Swimming was the highlight theoughout the stay. Amazing & spectacular view of KL city, KLCC & KL tower.

Many hotels sharing a common lobby can create a bit of a mess. Our room wasn't cleaned even though we were out for four hours in the afternoon; however, they responded promptly when we called.
