1. Room are not like a hotel room. It seems a Dharamshala room with TV and basics. 2. Room’s phone didn’t work for 2 days duration of my stay. 3. No AC in restaurant, u cannot have lunch or dinner in restaurant in this hot summer. 3. Overall u will not feel hospitality what you expect from hotel after paying 6000/-

Overall good experience. Beach access was smooth. Light house is just next door away. Rooftop Dining was also good with a view of light house. Huge property. You can get a view of hotel from beach anytime. Property sometimes Seems like a labyrinth inside.

Nice location but the staffs needs to improve. Couldn't find professionalism in any staff's expect very few. Calling to the reception from room gives a horrible experience if I speak English the receptionist speak Hindi and when I turned to Hindi he started English. And also in the restaurant few have good launguage. Leave that all when I asked for a extra pillow the guy told me that the hotel is full so he can't give me one. This is not exactly we expect from a three star property. The room is not that much good still adjustable. But need high renovation.

Sahara Beach Resort is in Kovalam on Lighthouse Road. We stayed here for two days. We opted for it on the basis of Google reviews and the beach on the backside. Sahara Beach Resort was highly disappointing in terms of room and hospitality. The only good part was the beach was at the backside. The rooms were spacious but Old AC started dripping in 1-2 hours and the hot water was available only for one morning. No staff to attend or listen to your issue. The reception was hot itself no fan nothing to relax. In their in-house restaurant, the staff is polite but service is damn slow plus no Ac. The weather is super hot but no facility for customers. Plus in such a hot climate, you have to wait longer for your order. The taste was good. Staff is definitely trying their best but ***agement needs to invest money in maintenance. Don't trust fake reviews. ***agement should work on actual issues of the Resort.

Memorable experience right from the check-in with the delightful welcome drink (passion fruit juice) served, to the marvellous views of the sea and the beach from all over the property, the delectable food served in the in-house restaurant (with live music at dinner), and finally spacious rooms with private terraces, everything about this place is excellent! All credit to the wonderful staff who go above and beyond to provide a great experience. Wish to visit again and would definitely recommend to others.

Worst resort I have ever seen.Dirty washrooms,lizards,cockroaches...everything you can find in a single room ...no lift for senior citizens.Very uncomfortable stay,will not suggest anyone to visit here .

Myself and family had been at the resort ***** with my professional colleagues for this weekend. We had a very memorable stay. The rooms were very good and facilities provided were very much the value for money. The entire staff were very courteous and well ***nered. I would like to mention a special word of thanks to Mr Ashik who was in charge of taking care of us. He was very attentive to all our needs. We wish the ***agement and team great success. Dr Joe.

Worst service . They provide only big rooms with zero facility. Poor staff ***agement. No proper restaurant seating arrangement. Bedsheet is not clean enough. When i asked for AC remote then they told me remote is not available. Later on tbey provide one.

In my entire life i haven't visited any worse hotel than this. Highly dirty messy lizards are roaming everywhere when I have complaint about no staff is bothered about it. Food tastes very bad. I would prefer not to book this hotel as this is nightmare for any traveller.
