We stayed at the Windsor Castle hotel for my niece's wedding. The hotel and gardens were a beautiful wedding venue, with trees and flowers everywhere! The rooms were very comfortable and quiet, with great views. We enjoyed our meals at the restaurant, where the attentive staff helped us learn about the delicious Indian foods on their menu. The best part of our stay was the hotel staff! Everyone, from the front desk team to the bellmen to the housekeeping staff, made us feel welcome, well-cared for, and like we were very special guests. We had a wonderful stay!

Extremely reasonably priced, clean and safe rooms with good breakfast. Location was easy to find too, safe car parking is a big plus, extremely cordial staff , overall a very good experience and definitely visiting again when I come to kottayam.

The resort was well maintained. But the room service could use a bit more improvement, had to call the reception multiple times to get water and other amenities.

Marvelous stay at Nirmaaya Kumarakom. The property is beautiful and the staff are courteous and extremely helpful. I came as a treat to myself for a milestone birthday and this trip will remain as a treasured memory. Special mention to Sifa, Prasuna, Chef Aman, Chef Jomon. Food is great and they accommodated any special requests I had. They also arranged for me to visit the nearby bird sanctuary and an unforgettable boat ride in the back waters. Will definitely come back with family and will also think about visiting the other Nirmaaya properties.
