Beautiful resort, excellent service, delicious food, activities, amazing rooms, great spa. We really enjoyed our stay at this resort. Everything was perfect from the moment we stepped inside. The Malabari biryani was our favorite. High tea snacks were delicious. The activities person did a great job. The staff is all excellent and very attentive to our needs. Highly recommend a stay at Zuri

Very friendly staff, most speak Malayalam and experienced Kerala vibe. Nice scenic setting with vembanattukaayal on the back, 28 acres property with lagoon in the middle, multiple cottages spread around the lagoon. Food was amazing, aviyal and beef fry was my personal favorite Cocktails were not that great. Margaritas needed more lime juice and mojito was not refreshing. Check in too late 3 pm and check out too early 11 am.

For a family break. 3 nights on a MAP. Separate review posted for Lime Tree Restaurant. The artificial lagoon is the centre point with every building facing its banks including rooms & lagoon facing cottages. Stayed in basic room on ground floor. IMO - not much difference in staying in GF rooms vs. FF rooms or the lagoon facing cottages. Latter have their own private sit out area and choice of regular vs. open air showers - may appeal to a certain set of individuals / couples though. Presidential cottages with their individual pools face the lake. Again IMO lagoon view is better than lake view. Main thing is it’s very well staffed. It must have taken quite a lot of effort building this resort and even bigger effort to maintain it the way it was created. A few activities available in-house most chargeable except bicycling or a couple more. Definitely worth visiting again.

I stayed 2 nights for a meeting. Mast resort. Very nice room clan and cool. Bathroom was very big with an open shower also. Food is very good. The restaurant is good but the AC sitting is less as hot weather during lunch. Service is very good. Lake is beautiful

Food is delicious and staff is extremely courteous.i was staying with an infant they showed me so much consideration .my baby was taken very good care and I was allowed to relax.they provided a lots of complimentary goodies.the place is very well maintained.

It was an excellent service at Restaurant by Mr Rohit. And the resort is absolutely fine, food quality is very good, the ambiance is mind blowing. The location of the property is awesome. Overall my experience with the property is excellent.
