The location is the best. Right in the city center, close to train, tram and bus station and you can easily walk to the old town. The room is nice and clean and the self check-in was really good.

It is a self-service hotel, but it is small but complete, with self-service laundry and luggage storage. It is a 5-10 minute walk to the train station and not far from the attractions. It is recommended.

Good in every aspect except the advertised kitchen is never appeared. Self check in is easy to handle. Free banana is provided in the lobby.

The room is clean and large. The bed and bathroom are relatively large. The two large beds are comfortable for sleeping. It is very convenient to check in by yourself. It is next to the train station and has convenient transportation. There are also two large bottles of water.

Well, this was our first no-person-in-sight hotel and it would have been alright if we weren't so exhausted (and cold). We had to check in ourselves using a tablet at the entrance and took a few tries to activate our keys. And absolutely no one in sigh to help. We managed to get in finally, but I wonder if my mother would be able to in the same situation!

Advastay was a perfectly fine hotel. Check in was easy and the rooms are clean and spacious. However I did find the rooms uncomfortably warm and could not turn down the heater. The area is close to the station which is convenient but not the nicest area, hoeever it is just a short walk or tram ride to the old town. There are many nice cafes, bakeries and restaurants on the same street and there is plenty to do and see nearby.

I choose this hotel because it claims that kitchen is included but it turns out that extra fee is needed when we arrived :( Fortunately the location is great and the room service is excellent.

This is our 3rd time staying at the King hotel chain. Always clean. This hotel does not have a reception. Self-registration is provided, the procedure is not complicated. The rooms are clean as always. The location is ideal for travelers using rail transport. It's also close to the center. We took a walk and continued on our way.

The Hotel was a lot of help this week. My original flight was cancelled due to the snow and I arrived a day late. I spoke to Maria who was a big help, she checked me in so I would not lose the second night (the cancelation date had passed). The hotel was around the corner from the metro and central station which is a very short walk. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, would stay there again when I visit Munich in the future.

A great hotel to stay****!!! Three minutes from the central station, perfect for arriving from the airport and for trips to Neuschwanstein Castle. You arrive at the center in just over 10 minutes!!! Highly recommended for a getaway!!!

The hotel is very comfortable. It is only about 5 minutes away from the train station. The self-service check-in service is simple and easy to use. You can get to your room in 5 minutes. The hotel has a cheap laundry service. You can use the water machine in the lobby to fill water. You don’t have to waste money on buying water. Highly recommended

Really clean, comfy beds and pillows. Shower nice and hot and powerful. Glad that we went for a bigger room with a king size bed. We thought there was a small kitchenette bit but that was locked away behind a cupboard so not sure why we weren’t allowed access to it. The other thing is as the lobby is unmanned there is no storage for luggage, so you will need to store this in the station lockers. Would happily stay here again if we were to return to Munich.
