Kitchenette is limited to Microwave, Fridge, tea / coffee making facilities and basic cutlery for 4. The room rate is for the room accommodation and main resort facilities only (e.g. pool,gym and water park etc.). Up to 4 free / complementary resort waterpark wrist bands will be provided.Our apartment is 5-8 minutes drive to Els Golf Club, Desaru Fruit Farm, Desaru Coast, Hard Rock Cafe. RAPID Pengerang is 30 minutes away. Perfect for family vacation, friends gathering in Desaru or project/ biz trip at Pengerang. Within 1.5km, there are Seafood restaurants, clinic, laundry shops, ATM machines, shopping mall, mini mart, 7 Eleven, fastfood outlets such as KFC, Pizza Hut, Domino, Sugarbuns, SDS etc. Other Nearby Places of interest: 1) Fireflies tours 2) River Cruises 3) Fruit Farm 4) Ostrich Farm 5) Crocodile Farm 6) Desaru Coast Adventure Waterpark

It seems to come down to management. I’m truly curious about the staff’s training because their professionalism is lacking. When we came in, the three ladies stayed seated “working on Facebook”, only after I tried to make eye contact did they look up. Later in our stay, a young man and woman in the resort uniforms cut in between our group going through a doorway. It was a little odd but I thought they might be other guests but then I saw they were employees. There seems to be no concern for respecting guests. I agree with the negative breakfast buffet feedback- yikes. It was a true waste of money when we could’ve done much better calling in our own food or preparing ourselves. The beach is dirty but quiet and that was nice for our young children.

From check in to check out all was a breeze, staff was friendly, very accommodating and helpful. Only downside was their cleanliness. Need to upkeep and improve in that area. Breakfast spread was aplenty. Swimming pool great, but lots of sand in it, understandable as it is near to the beach. So far in my 3d2n stay it was safe. Nothing sus. Low crowd too, maybe sg holidays ending period. Overall a nice stay.

You practically do not have to go out of the resort to have a nice vacay. There are several restaurants, convenience store, water park, swimming pool, spa, karaoke rooms, gym, watersport centre and offers other activities like archery, mini golf and etc. The rooms though dated are clean and well-maintained. The beach is also clean so we enjoy jumping into the sea. Watching sunrise from the beach is also something beautiful…

Beautiful place, both the pools were great and they had enough activities to keep kids busy. Room was excellent with comfy and clean sheets/towels. Personally enjoyed the bicycle rides and walks within the resort. Buffet spread was good and in room dining was good too. Will visit again

A very nice and chilling gateway for couples and families to get away from the hustle bustle of city life. Stay and live in simplicity. Enjoy the tranquility of the lake. Good location to travel to Sg Rengit and Teluk Ramunia. A lazing trip to recharge the mind and soul. Very reasonable price. Suffice facilities for gym goers, swimming pool enthusiasts and carom plus table tennis players. If lazy to head out for F&B, food is available on the property. Simplicity of life if wanting to stay here and don’t put an over expectations of a luxury stay. Otherwise head to Sebana Cove and pay more.

I loved the huge room that is so comfy. Staff was friendly and polite. Check in service was smooth. In room dining was yummy and all service staff was polite. Great place to rest and relax. Will definitely come back.
