Breakfast, Breakfast, Breakfast, it was all about the breakfast, wow amazing. We were expecting to queue for a table and then queue to see all the tasteless bacon, dried eggs, dehydrated mushrooms, and limp tomatoes, which we usually see when we go to hotels for breakfast, sitting in basins under heated lights with all the guests fighting over the best bits of breakfast, but to my amazement, it was the complete opposite, we where shown to our table in the Triog room by a wonderful woman, her name was EWA, who explained how the breakfast worked and then she handed the 3 of us breakfast menus where we could order our own choice of breakfast which would be cooked and served to us. WOW just like in the old days when hotels actually cared about their guests. I had cereal, orange juice, a couple of buns, and a pancake while I waited for my breakfast to be served. It was perfect, a couple of slices bacon, cooked to perfection, eggs sunny side up, just as I had requested, two sausages tasted just as amazing as they looked, the mushrooms, button mushrooms peppered and delicious, and tomatoes bursting with juice. Tea and Coffee pots were overflowing and if the above is not enough, the staff at the Triog were amazing. No request, change, or whatever was an issue, and plenty of staff ready to give you extra milk or more butter or a tea and coffee top-up. We will definitely be back and it's the breakfast and the staff which bring us back. We were last to leave the Triog breakfast room and from my observations, everyone in the room enjoyed the breakfast experience as much as us. Before we left the hotel we had drinks at the reception area where a wonder lady called Lynda from Latvia and a local man called Jamie looked after us and again the service was amazing, the time they gave for a quick chat and a piece of personality was brilliant
