The service proposition of Whispering Rocks comes across as a restaurant that also provides rooms. For that I found the room rate very expensive. Restaurant: looks appealing with floor diwan seating, good lighting and an impressive menu with quality to match. Food was as good as any other major city restaurants. We also noticed staff members and pet dogs sleeping on the mattress and tables in the restaurant at night.. Room: rooms are made with thatched or tin sheets with the intent of providing an authentic forest/rual experience. Bit the intent fails in execution when the room does not have basic amenities such as hot water, kettle, towels, blankets, bathing soap , mirror in bathroom. We had to request for these things and they were provided, but, the point is one should not have to request for basics when paying such a rate. Service: the staff was very courteous willing to help. Three cheers to them..
