Centro Bajo Hotel & Resto

Located about 2kms from the harbour but Grab moto taxis are good value. The staff are friendly and helpful. My delux double room was spacious. The aircon unit was very quiet. The TV had a number of channels but none in english. There was bench space to lay clothes and two coathangers Lighting was very good. The bathroom is of decent size with a segregrated shower. Excellent hot water and water pressure. The room is cleaned daily if that is your desire. The shared balcony area was for three rooms. I had a table, bench seat and a clothes drying rack. For breakfast they have an Indonesian buffet or three different western options which was basically different omelets. The hotel maybe away from downtown but you enjoy the benefit of peace and quiet as well as the value for money accommodation.

We stayed in this hotel after a three-day and two-night liveaboard trip to Komodo. From the incredible service quality to the clean accommodation environment, we are glad that other accommodations near the pier were fully booked, which led us to unexpectedly choose this hotel😛 Chatty and enthusiastic waiters, they remembered our room number and made sure we got everything we needed, especially Selvy for the excellent service, thank you! Even during breakfast, the waiter (a cute girl with a big frame) carefully explained to me one by one that they provide authentic Indonesian meals (which is admirable because I am also Asian, which shows that they treat all customers Treat everyone equally) The sky bar on the top floor is definitely the best place to watch the sunset in the entire town. The ever-changing scenery is definitely worth staying from evening to meal time! The view of the infinity pool is perfect for ordering a few cocktails and relaxing on the sofa all day long. I like the way they prepare tuna so we ate at the hotel restaurant two nights in a row. We couldn't believe they provided such affordable yet high-quality food. The meals and all the experience were great! Thank you ❤️ We highly recommend this hotel👍

Nice, big room with the terrace and bathroom ( hot shower), Breakfast included with the booking. Staff are very friendly and helpful. We stayed on 3 separate occasions and left our lagguage with no issue. We asked for hot water every day which was delivered to room. Very good place to stay for the price in Labuan Bajo.

Felt like a hotel from the 1980s. Room was very nice as was the pool but a totally bizarre set of priorities with no eco / sustainable qualities. No place to refill water but instead if you ask for water they send someone one to your room with small plastic bottles. They replenish these plastic bottles each day. They give you new tiny plastic bottles of shampoo each day and wash the towels every day regardless of requests. Totally unnecessary use of energy and plastic. Breakfast is poor. Great number of staff there but seem focused on putting out stacks of plates ans cups correctly and often no milk available. No hot water so if you want tea you just have a pot which brews constantly and they just periodically add water too. In a country full of beautiful fresh fruit their breakfast fruit is not fresh and often covered in flies. There is so many staff they could just bring each person a little plate of fruit if they liked. Lots of options in the hot plate buffet but all seem straight from a frozen / package and not fresh at all.
