Small room but kept very neat. It was smelling nice so full marks on that. Comfortable bed where you will have a peaceful sleep. This is ideal for business class people so if you coming with family of 4 then this might be small. Don’t know if there is any bigger room Staff greeted me well at the arrival, so thank you very much on that. This hotel is heart of the city. Nearby to the shopping street of MG road. 5 min walk to MG road station.

Our stay with IBIS Kochi was 01 night with family , we booked 02 rooms , Rejin, HK Manager and his team does a great job , staying first time with Accor brand , Front Office team was very attentive and helpful , breakfast was awesome , really enjoyed plan to come back and stay with IBIS

I recently stayed at Hotel Ibis in Kochi and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat experience. The location was convenient, making it easy to access all the attractions Kochi has to offer. The overall hospitality and Room service assistance was good house keeping mate Sujith was friendly and professional. Food and the locality is at prime location but only concern is room sizes are very small for the charges they take ☺️
