Standard nice 3 star hotel located just off the noisy area in a quiet street.
Location and cleanliness are decent as expected, but many amenities such as green tea, shower cap and pillows (only 1 per bed) are missing.
The room and toilet are a little small and dark as the lighting is all yellow with limited options. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The staff was nice, smiling and helped me solve my problem.
I booked two rooms, one of which is a family room, which has dry and wet separation and is very spacious.
The location of the hotel is very convenient, very close to Chinatown, Shopping Street and Daimaru Department Store. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Kobe Port.
The parking lot costs 2,000 yen per day and only has 6 spaces.

I was able to leave my carry-on bags and luggage in the lobby, and it was great that it was close to Kobe city and the station.
There are no amenities such as cleansing or lotion, so I thought it would be a good idea for women to bring their own.

The hotel is relatively close to Meriken Park. It takes about ten minutes to walk to Sannomiya Station. Breakfast is provided, which is similar to Indian cuisine. I don't like it very much. The coin-operated drink machine across the road from the hotel is the cheapest machine on this trip. Drinks are 80 yen. My children have to buy drinks every day.

The location is good. It's a five-minute walk from Chinatown and a quarter-hour walk from the beach. The service staff of the serious hotel are very professional. The front desk can't speak Chinese but can speak English. There is a microwave on the first floor. You can rent bicycles for sightseeing.

You can store your luggage in advance. The front desk is quite polite. It is very close to Motomachi Chinatown and the subway. It is a relatively good hotel. The only drawback is that there is only a FamilyMart and Lawson 100 convenience store nearby but no supermarket.

I was forced to stay in Kobe for one night because I couldn't fly due to heavy snow in Sapporo. The hotel was overall okay, clean and tidy, and not far from the subway station. However, the room was really small and I couldn't open my luggage. The price was okay.
