Absolutely recommend this hotel! For the price and facilities, it was a great deal. Very spacious and clean rooms with very clean onsens that are available to both public and private. The public onsen was much bigger and looked nicer than the private one. Great for couples and / or families with kid older than 7 year olds. Would recommend families and friends to join. They do have a shuttle bus to & from the hotel to Sannomiya station.

Hotel is nice,there are 2 places for Onsen, upper floor with seaview and public one with nice outdoor gar view.

This hotel is located at Kobe port area with good harbor view, also is one of very few hotels in Kobe with onsen facility. The buffet dinner is specially amazing with a lot of wonderful food. Our family really enjoyed the 2-night stay in this hotel.

Hotel is good, but it is a little overpriced. Pools require additional fees.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at Kobe Minato Onsen Ren. We booked the package that included buffet breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed the buffet dinner but not the buffet breakfast, which included lots of Japanese side dishes. It would be good if the buffet breakfast includes some simple international cuisine like croissants, omelette, etc. We loved the room which was spacious at 60 sqm.

I loved everything about the hotel. The only thing is I went to celebrate my honeymoon as newly weds with my husband, nothing complimentary could be offered ( not even a glass or wine to toast) and even late check out and early check in came with a price.

Extended my stay in the end cause we all love the hot spring given the room rate is so reasonable

It's still pretty good. The hotel is spacious and bright. It can accommodate four people. The 10th floor of the hot spring is for hotel guests. There are three hot spring pools. The downstairs is open to the public. There are basically no Chinese people. They are all locals. The service is also very good, and the breakfast is rich. There is a free shuttle to the hotel from Kobe Sannomiya Station, which is very convenient

There are a lot of people bathing in the hot springs recently. The night view of the hotel bar is very nice. There is a seat fee for each person, which seems to be 1,000 yen per person.

The room was nice and big. The view was not very good. It was a building under construction, not the beautiful view of Kobe Tower. Kobe Tower looked close at hand, but it took at least 20 minutes to walk there. There were not many restaurants around the hotel. I booked breakfast at the hotel on the last day, which cost 3,300 yen per person and was average. The hot spring is worth praising. The open-air hot spring on the first floor is open to the public, but it is built with a more artistic conception. There are several open-air hot spring pools with a cool breeze. It is comfortable to soak without feeling stuffy. There are also various saunas outside that you can experience, but I didn't have time to go there. There are also paid massages, which are not very expensive. If you have time, you can try them. I want to go there next time for this. The hot spring on the tenth floor is only for guests, so it is obviously smaller and has fewer people.

The hotel is very luxurious, and the dinner and breakfast are also very good. I am temporarily staying in the most comfortable hotel in Japan. The parking lot is an additional 1,000 yen.
