Everything is GOOD PERFECT...FROM THE Staff to the room

As like budget hotel .. Hotel looks like an old hunted mansion!! The room is not as clean as the picture and is full of 🪳 smell .. The receptionist welcome service was good .. Need to improve more !!

So nice and comfortable for everything which is shops, foods and more

The room doesn’t look similar as the photos. Everyone please read and aware before you book, we straightaway checkout and book another one, I will never book this hotel anymore. The pillow very dirty and the plug spoiled. A-lot of Indians staying, not really safe. Downstairs does not have proper parking. After 1am the entrance will lock, you can even go out anymore, anything happened then how? You will be lock inside, book with your own consequences.

Unlike the photos, the facilities are quite old. It was nice that there was a water purifier so hot and cold water was supplied. There is a Nepalese young man who cleans the house, and if you give him a small tip, he replaces the bottled water and sheets and towels every other day. The location is a bit inconvenient for transportation, and you have to rent a car. There are places where pedestrians have to jaywalk because there are almost no road facilities for pedestrians. There are 7-Eleven and supermarkets nearby.

I don't have a 5 star expectations about this hotel, knowing the price paid, but the front office staff really put us off. If there was a negative star for service, l would vote a negative. Our flight from Kota Kinabalu which was supposed to depart at 7.55pm was retimed to 11.30pm, therefore, our ETA was changed. I had called the front office regarding our late arrival & was informed by the other end that the front door will be closed at 1am & we are supposed to call the number at the front door to get it opened. We managed to reach the hotel at nearly 5am, since we had to arrange for transport & upon check in, we were attended to by a grumpy woman who scolded us for waking her up from her slumber & she was complaining that we were ruining her holiday on the next day. Hello.... She was on duty on the morning we arrived & her holiday had nothing to do with us & it's her private matter & as long as she's still on duty, she was supposed to attend to us. This is the hotel with the worst front office service in the world, the first time we were literally SCOLDED by front office staff! .... Even the stuck up Arabs front office in Mekah hotel can show a bit of courtesy. Will not recommend this hotel

Towel sangat2 bau busuk.. tak boleh pakai langsung.. sabun tak disediakan.. Receptionist malam ok.. receptionist pagi sangat sombong.. taknak tengok muka customer.. customer said good morning pun tak angkat muka..
