On the check-in got bad attitude from the reception girls…quite shocking because nowhere in the world at the hotels I never seen this behavior… They were rude. Definitely customers who coming to your hotel expecting at least polite behavior, I’m not talking even about welcoming. Then they weren’t smart enough to make a key card work so I needed to back and forth from the room to reception to figure out the issue.
Another big “surprise” was a drill at 8 am in the room upstairs … abs I stayed for 2 nights so both morning I got this drilling noise at 8am … basically u cannot sleep. It’s so rude from the hotel to do this even not inform about that or doing it later but not in the morning.
So definitely cannot recommend this hotel as service made me super disappointed. Plus cleaning … wasn’t the best.
But yes location is good.
