Spotlessly clean, beach is pristine. The entire facility is spacious, well-kept and has picturesque garden and outdoor pool. Kids' club is a plus, Indoor pool is a good attraction for kids, thanks to the water slide. Food is excellent and staff are helpful and always smiling.

Hotel over priced for the service proposed : - restaurant dirty with thousand of flies while you eat inside - non fresh bread in the breakfast, poor breakfast products - rooms dirty with flies, ants, mosquitos,and not maintained.. - no internet in room as described in the reservation Asked for pillows and have been wziting 4hours and got them after 5calls to reception - Tunisian team very friendly, - italian staff ignoring completly tunisian customers for animation and activities Except the beautiful pool , beach , garden hotel not worth 4 stars and deserve a serious refurbish and maintenance and training to staff

English version, French version below: The location was a bit far but we managed to find it anyway, the first thing that got my attention was the amount of security guards, cams and dogs, they check your name to see if you're on the list or not, they check your car... I felt so safe once I'm in. The hotel has a free, big parking lot. The doorman and the receptionist were so welcoming and checkin went so smooth. The hotel room was so spacious, very clean with a a TV and a good view. The bed sheets were being changed every now and then as well as the soap, toilet paper, towels... The restaurant was quite big, self-service but the food was not that good, it did not meet our expectations. You have to reserve a table early for lunch or dinner ot otherwise you won't find any because it was overcrowded. The hotel has adults' swimming pool and other for the kids. It has also a private beach, a good place to relax and get away from regular beaches A cristal clear water. Outside of the hotel you'd find a club, some good and fancy restaurants and of course the famous ancient fort. Overall the stay was good but it was overpriced. Version française: L'emplacement était un peu loin mais nous avons quand même réussi à le trouver, la première chose qui a attiré mon attention était le nombre de gardes de sécurité, de caméras et de chiens, ils vérifient votre nom pour voir si vous êtes sur la liste ou non, ils vérifient ta voiture... Je me sentais tellement en sécurité une fois dedans. L'hôtel dispose d'un grand parking gratuit. Le portier et la réceptionniste étaient très accueillants et l'enregistrement s'est très bien passé. La chambre d'hôtel était très spacieuse, très propre avec une télévision et une belle vue. Les draps étaient changés de temps en temps ainsi que le savon, le papier toilette, les serviettes... Le restaurant était assez grand, en libre-service mais la nourriture n'était pas si bonne, elle n'a pas répondu à nos attentes. Il faut réserver une table tôt pour le déjeuner ou le dîner sinon vous n'en trouverez pas car il y avait trop de monde. L'hôtel dispose d'une piscine pour adultes et d'une autre pour les enfants. Il dispose également d'une plage privée, un bon endroit pour se détendre et s'éloigner des plages régulières Une eau cristalline. À l'extérieur de l'hôtel, vous trouverez un club, de bons restaurants chics et bien sûr le célèbre ancien fort. Dans l'ensemble, le séjour s'est bien passé mais c'était trop cher.

We spent the second of week of August in the hotel. This is our second vacation in this hotel. The sea is crystal clear, and even when it was windy the life savers were all the time very attentive and watchful. The food excellent, the chief and his team are very chearful and welcoming. Special thanks to Imen, Manel and Insaf for their care and kindness. Our kids enjoyed the kids club activities. Nevertheless the waiters and receptionnist were not professional at all. Waiters fainting not hearing you when we called them and spent 10 min to bring water or spoon. There was a receptionnist who was even rude. The room service was also poor. To conclude we were very satisfied by sea food and much less by the service.
