I was in the hotel for 6 days. The room was huge and nice. The service was great too. The breakfast was ok...nothing to rave about. I am guessing they are just recovering from the lockdown days. But overall good experience except for the food part. I will definitely go there again. Also it's good and safe for solo women travellers. And it's well connected to other parts of the city.

The hotel looks just great inside, it has a feasible modern style with art objects, all inside is well thought over. I liked even the normal room - that I got instead of my paid and ordered lux room. As for the the room service - I can hardly remember a better prepared dishes, just wonderful! And all that should of course require 5* mark, but… It always the fist thing in all business - to get the right people Now, when you arrive after a long long trip, and you room is “not available” even that you show the confirmation from the hotel, and the manager does absolutely nothing, When in a 5* hotel you do not feel safe, because nobody is taking care about the sanitary measures against COVID and lots of people are willing inside without the masks… and the managers and the security does absolutely nothing to change that.. it’s no wonder they get 3* rating. And sorry to say, I do not recommend that hotel because it is badly managed

Unusual hotel. Unsual and from here strange concept: hotel shopping center. On the first floor is shopping center and fodmoll, above is hotel. Rooms are tired but clean and spacious, furniture is new under the old; beds, pillows, blankets, like most hotels. There is a Nespresso coffee maker in the room (capsules in the hall on the floor). There are three rooms: 2 adults + a child. When booking it indicated, calling before the arrival, said, when the child was next (12 years old, the boy, it is difficult not to notice), but the dopshop was brought only after the call to the repepshen. Very strange lighting system: It is impossible to turn off the light in the corridor (it is very bright), the light over the TV is off !!! The doors of the cabinet !!! , on which the TV hangs. Empty minibar. Cosmetics, as in a twist, at best. At the same time, they position themselves as 5*. Breakfast in the format of the Swedish table is offered on the first floor. It is quite diverse, but the sweets are cold, although they stand in a special container, the pans are clearly yesterday, as the edges are absolutely dry, from meat - ONLY sausages, sausages and sausages of the halial, VS! We weren't hungry, of course, but we're used to more meat breakfasts. Would I come back here? Only if there are no places in other hotels. And even a less star hotel will come, because there will be no overexpectations like for five stars.

This is the case when business managers/owners invest, develop and do a lot for the attractiveness of the hotel, and there are performers in places that, with their folly and rudeness, overlapping the work of many people. Of the pluses: Our experience in the hotel was perfect. Settled early, the room is clean, large, comfortable beds, friendly girls on the resepshne. On request very quickly and the glasses and plates will bring. Breakfast excellent. Of the downsides: One of the rooms to our arrival on the second day didn't have time to clean, but we came closer to 4:00... Not very well went water in the shower. To buy a little better shampoo or separate air conditioner, the water is apparently tough and very dry. The downsides are minimal, for me no lubrication of general impressions. From the tresh: On the day of departure was my birthday. For breakfast everyone on request pours hot. Breakfast in the Swedish table format (not a restaurant or a la card). Asked by the husband, can we give the glasses empty (without their sparkling), and we will drink ours to congratulate my family for breakfast to put a 300 bill as a traffic charge. In the dining room-Swedish table (not a restaurant). On a free breakfast. Where they pour free sparkling. From us demanded a tight fee for their sparkling to congratulate me on the family... 300 is certainly not a topic for discussion. But to manage such a small thing and so thoughtlessly to spoil the impression on the last day it is necessary to try. and all the staff/administrators of this dining room are as unfriendly as possible, even at the entrance meet with such persons that it is embarrassing to enter...

We were a family in the hotel from 23 to 26 February 2023. The hotel is not new but very comfortable. The atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant and somewhere a little fairy tale. The staff are very polite and social. I would like to mark the cleaning of the rooms - the quality is above any praise! Delicious breakfasts with a glass of champagne make the mood of the day. Restaurant with a fireplace, very comfortable to spend not only breakfast but also dinner. I recommend to try local lasagna and ravioli as well as local cheeses. The location of the hotel is very convenient - in step-by-step access to the Kazan Kremlin and Bauman pedestrian street. In general, I recommend both single travelers and family couples with children.

Excellent hotel! Location/price/quality is the perfect ratio. In step-by-step accessibility the entire historic center of the city. In the hotel modern accurate interiors, new furniture. Cleaning every day, changing clothes every 3 days. In the family room 2 double beds, air conditioner, fan; a small cooler with a small fridge; a teapot, 4 cups with dishes and tea spoons. Couler in the hallway. The 3rd floor of the hotel is equipped with a ”kitchen” - in a large hall a table with a washing machine. A large refrigerator, a microwave oven, an electric teapot, tea in bags, salt, sugar sand. The kitchen is zoned with sofas. We didn't use the kitchen, tc in the room we had everything we needed. The door to the room opens with a proxy card. Staff polite, welcoming, which is very important - all issues were solved quickly!!! The hotel is oriented to quiet quality rest of Kazan guests. On our experienced and critical look - 5 points out of 5.

Good hotel, convenient location. Almost in the center. Living on the 5th floor in a single room with a double bed. The room was clean, washed regularly. Every day they changed towels, only, for some reason, though two-bedroom accommodation was paid. Breakfasts are modest but quite edible and calorie. The waiter could be a little bit more rushed in the decoration plan, especially about dust on the cabinets. It is blown by the air conditioner 😂 and wears by room. The staff at the hotel is very polite and responsive. There is one but. When you come to the hotel, the administrator has changed and the new one asks what key you need. That is, he doesn't know what room we are from, and if we are not from this hotel at all? And in the rooms things are valuable, there are no safes. A break in the security system. Can any guests issue cards? As a result- excellent price ratio - quality, we liked it. Thank you to the staff of the hotel for hospitality! The hotel is definitely recommended. You have chosen it on the recommendation.

Living in 2 room apartments. A spacious, comfortable room. There are shortcomings: shampoo+gel in one dose, no ear sticks, vat disks, tooth set( on the recipe is issued). Otherwise, everything is at the top level! The technique is all working. Tea, coffee(capsules buy on the receptacle), in the room soluble coffee, sugar, tea black and grass, chak chak. Clean everywhere, clean every day. There is a balcony with a table, chairs and a ashtray (smoking on the balconies). If you forget the umbrella, you can ask and issue it in the weather. Restaurant so for yourself, on 3-. Who says that there is a place of high kitchen, it is not. The dishes are not called, from the word at all, delight. Eat, yes, OK. As for the location of the hotel, in a walk to the Kremlin about 30 minutes, near the metro (1 stop to the Kremlin). Not quite the usual entrance to the hotel itself. It is actually on the second floor to get into it, you need to climb the staircase of metal, that's the only entrance. This is probably the biggest minus. Otherwise everything is fine.

We were at the hotel in early June. Everything was very nice. The hotel is near the station, 15 minutes walk to the city center, very convenient. The room is clean, everything you need to eat. The second floor of the hotel has a children's corner with a house and toys - children liked it very much. I would like to note the very friendly attitude of the staff.
