The staff are very polite and always willing to help. The room is big and comfortable. The sound-proof work is also effective, so I hardly hear any noise from rooms nearby. However, note that the hotel is in the middle of a mountain. If you don’t drive, you have to rely on the car service which the hotel offers (free of charge but not always available). It is almost impossible to go by foot. However, I must say the hotel staff has always tried their best to cater your needs, which I appreicate very much.

Dinner time was 17:30 with no choice and was told at check-in time. I was looking forward to Japanese food because I was going to move to a chartered restaurant, but it was a hotel restaurant. Even if the dobinmushi boils over, it stays that way, even if you ask to lower it, it stays that way even if it boils over. Only the sashimi was delicious, but the food and staff were subtle. There was no breakfast or explanation of the dishes, so I couldn't even tell if the drink on the table was milk or yoghurt. The room had a bad WiFi connection, it was dark even with all the lights on, and above all, it didn't feel clean. There were spider webs on the windows and on the lights on the mirrors, and the private bath smelled of disinfection and was lukewarm. The people at the front desk were friendly and good, and it was helpful that the room had 2 liters of mineral water, capsule drinks, and cup noodles free of charge. However, considering the cleanliness and food, it was so disappointing that I thought that other pet-friendly hotels would be better at this price.

I was able to eat without worrying about my pet when eating. Also, the food was delicious and my child, who is a college student, was satisfied. All the employees were very responsive and I was left with a good impression. Also, the room happened to be available and I was able to get an upgrade. thank you very much.

A hotel nestled in the mountains of Kawazu Town. When we arrived at the parking lot, the hotel staff greeted us. While receiving a welcome drink at check-in, we made reservations for the rental hot springs and Kawazu cherry blossom light-up transportation, and were then shown to our guest rooms. There are many stairs in the building and grounds, which may be difficult for both owners and dogs if they have weak legs. There are plenty of dog runs available, and our two dogs seemed very satisfied. Reservations cannot be made for the dock spa, so you will have to make use of it on a negotiable basis. The dogs seemed confused about their first hot spring experience, but they were able to clean themselves up in the bath after playing in the outdoor dog run. There are dog goods in the guest room as well. Our staff will drive you to the restaurant where you will see the Kawazu cherry blossoms illuminated and have dinner. The food at the restaurant was very well prepared and delicious. They lent me a pet cart for my dog. In addition, meals for your dog can be prepared and eaten together. The private open-air bath had a great sense of openness and the weather was perfect. It's a shame that there is only one washing area, but the time spent using it was 50 minutes, which was plenty. However, it was a shame that I couldn't take a bath in the indoor hot spring (Yuraku) because the temperature was too high and I couldn't adjust it. You can also have breakfast with your dogs. Yogurt for dogs was also available. There aren't many facilities that allow you to bring your dog with you, but at this hotel, being with your dog is treated as a normal thing. I think this is a hotel that will satisfy not only owners but also pets.

I wanted to travel with my dog, so I made a reservation without doing much research. As a dog owner, I enjoy hot springs for dogs, three dog runs, and walks along the cherry blossom trees along the Kawazu River. Everything was so much fun. As for the dog run, the dog run in the forest was very spacious and surrounded by nature, and they seemed to be having fun running around. All the staff were kind and my dog was pampered! As a human being, the food was very delicious. Has the head chef changed recently? I stayed for several nights, and on the second day I had dinner at a French restaurant in a detached restaurant, and the atmosphere and food were both delicious and enjoyable. I would like to come back next year, aiming for the best time to see the Kawazu cherry blossoms in late February!

I used it for New Year's with my family of 4 and my dog. The reservation-based private baths, both indoors and outdoors, were great. I had both French and Japanese meals, and I was very satisfied with both the taste and the portions. The bathroom in the room was surprisingly large and had plenty of amenities. There are a variety of dog runs, especially the forest dog run, which is so spacious that my dog was happy with it. It was a trip full of gratitude to all the staff for being so helpful.

This is an inn that takes great care of your dog. First of all, the road to the arrival is quite steep and difficult to understand. I stayed at a squirrel. The host welcomed us and showed us to our room. The open-air bath attached to the room is large enough and flows directly from the source! Free beer, sours and juices in the fridge. There was also plenty of Dolce Gusto. Cup ramen for late-night snacks w Rice was picked up by car and had Japanese food. Very tasty and filling. There was a dog run and the dogs were happy. The best part is that most hotels that allow dogs to stay smell like dog urine and make me feel sick, but this room didn't stink at all. The biggest downside was the bugs. It can't be helped because it's surrounded by forest, but a giant spider welcomed me in my room... After that, there were giant bugs I've never seen before (like Anopus from Pokemon) on the bed and in the basket of the washbasin. It was really disgusting and scary... It might be impossible for people who don't like insects. Also, I was given two flashlights, but neither of them worked. Other than that, it is a perfect score. The hot springs are also the best! Thank you very much.

I booked a premium room for the end of the year high season. After several phone calls confirming the arrival time, we arrived at the hotel around 5:30. Although I called many times, there was no information that the bath is on a first-come, first-served basis, and when I arrived at the hotel, the time to take a bath was 23:00~(;'∀'). Even though I paid a high price and stayed in a nice room, the hotel was completely inflexible. When I made a complaint, the female staff at the hotel laughed at me as if I made a fool of the guests, and the dinner time was changed without permission, so I would take a bath before dinner. When. I can't help it for the time being, so I agree and take a bath. It was exactly like a jacuzzi in a love hotel. The next morning, there was a hair in the breakfast quiche, and the salad of the customer at the next table seemed to have an insect in it. There are several hotels in Izu where you can stay with your dog, but this hotel was really disappointing.
