The hospitality of the Hotel was wonderful, particularly in reception- Mokina, and staff in food were found very cooperative. It was a pleasant experience to stay in the cover. There was a nice experience to stay and get connected with these lovely staff.

We have so excitement to live in Hotel Malla, specially hospitality of Swastika, Suroj, Riya, Chandra, the receptionist. We enjoyed too much foods. Thank you so much Hotel Malla othoraty to collaborate these amazing people to serve us. A lot of loves for you. 💝💖

Staying at the Malla Hotel was a good experience for me. At the very beginning, I would like to mention that the workers / staffs were excellent. One of the staffs at the swimming pool named Karuna gave me a swimming suit for which I paid her later as I didn't have the Nepali currency. I enjoyed the foods there. The small garden in front of the dining hall is really nice.

Ajina monika pradip best service provide by them ...prompt service.. all staff are cooperate .Food and the customer was amazing. I most say the front office staffs are amazing. I would recommend hotel to everyone. Really appreciated all the services provided by hotel.

things are excellent i love the way they treat us .the hospitality was memorable. i like the pleasant and cozy environment the the hotel provided. its serene and wonderful experience in these three days of stay. the way they teat us is like a homely environment. and the all staff were welcomng and supportive. the food ia great and the pool area is so fascinating. the service withe the people who helped was memorable.

The Hotel is maintained really with its good environment. The staffs are really friendly and they rendered an excellent service. They are so helpful. The rooms are clean and daily it was cleaned. Enjoyed the tasty food. Specially the receptionist (I think), Ajina helped a lot in the need of investigations and suggestions about the places in Nepal. I felt grateful.
