This came with good reviews from Jet2holidays. A four star hotel. But for the money paid and the hotel rating its the small things that matter. 1/ air conditioning did not work, i had to chase up batteries for its remote 2/ had to ask for coffee, tea and milk every morning. Not supplied. 3/ a step in front of bathroom/toilet was particularly hazardous in the black of nighttime. The hotel receptionist and manager would only move our friends to a safer room if the paid a 30Euro Cleaning Fee. They would not budge and were insistent. On this particular day we could not find the Rep. so we wrote to Jet2 customer services. Eventually they wrote back and asked us to come back from the beach to the hotel to meet the rep. We did, reluctantly. Now for some reason the management took the same view. But the following day, they offered another same graded room but not steps. Has not left a sour taste and we will not be returning.
