Beautiful and delicious! The hot springs and our room (in the old part, the 3. Building) was so amazing that we are speeachless! It is more beautiful than on the pictures ! And walking around in the traditional yukata was supercool and stylish! The food is really good and served in a topical Japanese way. The only thing that was not totally perfect was that there was dust and spiderwebs some places (but not the rooms). We love it, we will come back of we have an opportunity again!

We stayed here for 2 comfortable nights. Their staffs service are awesome, friendly and helpful. Especially Ms Yumiko service is always smiling, approachable, helpful and kind, who served us 2 nights for our meals with compassion. Room was comfortable with delicious authentic Japanese meals send our room. Onsen hot bath was clean with nice mountain view. Highly recommended to stay in this Onsen Inn. Very quiet, peaceful and calm place to rest 👍🏻

Stayed in the cheapest Japanese-style toilet room. It costs 10,000 yen per person, so there is no problem in terms of cost performance. There is an indoor bath for men and women and an open-air bath. However, since it is in the city, the open-air bath has only an empty view. The most tasteful wooden bathhouse has a nice atmosphere, but it is large enough for three people with others. Meals are served from the beginning to dessert, and the later comes with tempura and finally rice and soup. The meal is honestly normal. There was nothing that felt delicious. Rice is probably not new rice. It was soft and I didn't like it, but if it was new rice, I could understand it even if it was soft. The tempura was able to eat with salt without sucking too much oil. Only the miso pickled pork was so delicious. There was nothing special about breakfast, and the rice was still sticky. But the price is the price, so there is no complaint. However, the windows there are quite dirty and there is no feeling of cleanliness. However, I think it's good because I can take a bath for 24 hours. When I think about Cospa and choose here again, I know an inn with more delicious rice, so I don't choose anymore. I wonder if I could have the most rice these days. I'm sorry. I was expecting it with a secret hot spring inn and Yu, but I feel quite disappointed. There were quite a few Nakai-san at the restaurant, so I think there is more cleaning and color 々. It doesn't matter to the inn, but is it not lonely to travel alone so that it sounds like a couple of Kansai people or two of the suspicious relationships? I wonder if it was really annoying to talk like that. I felt so disgusting that I was close to the first time I came to travel. Really nice room with an epic view of the lake and enough space for everything. Meals are wonderful and abundant and a seasonal selection each day Perfect place to stay if you are planning to explore okunikko area or to cycle around the lake, there are also restaurants nearby for lunch. The public bath is very pleasant with an outdoor spring to soak in while enjoying an open sky. Found out there was a shuttle bus back to tobu-nikko station setting off at 11am from the hotel after speaking to a kind staff member, Diane. Do make reservations for the shuttle beforehand at the reception if you plan to take this as well. Rental bikes available at the Nikko natural history museum which is a 10min walk from the hotel

I visited with 7 adults. The weather was unpleasant, but I had a very memorable and wonderful trip. Arrived at the hotel before 11:00 by shuttle bus. the room are very new, large, clean and comfortable hotel. i love the private onsen bath tub at the balcony facing the river, it is very relaxing. the daily breakfast was good, we can choose western or japanese set the day before. dinner menu was delicious and nice presentation.
