Nice view and design at lobby. Room is large, tidy and clean. Bit trouble to the groud floor with taking elevator twice.

Not great choice for European taste at the breakfast. Our room had small window. Great choice of snacks free of charge.

A staff questioned me "Are you bring the tower back? what is your room number in front of other guests" when We were leaving swimming pool. I didn't bring the dry cloth to change aso I had tower to cover me. The staff's attitude made me feel embarrassing. For me, the service level is very low. However, all the other staff are very kind with smile especially the staff in the 1/F.
