New Century Hotel Kaifeng

The hotel is great, one of the best hotels in Kaifeng. I originally booked a room for only one day, but was very satisfied and stayed another day. The room is large with a balcony and a great view. The breakfast is rich, the room service is very warm, and desserts are delivered to the room every night. Even big five-star hotels don't have such good service. I want to give the New Century Grand Hotel a full score and a five-star rating.

Every time I go to Kaifeng, whether it is a business trip or a family trip, I will choose Kaiyuan Mingdu. From the front hall, concierge, to the guest room, every service staff's warm smile and inquiry make people feel at home. The room may have been upgraded a little. The house feels a little new. I don't know if it is an illusion, but the feeling of staying is still very good. However, it is a pity that the water in the lake view of the hotel was drained after staying for three days, but the rich breakfast made up for this regret. A small detail is very good. Our baby is only one year old and can't sit on the sofa in the restaurant. The Western service staff will take the initiative to ask if a baby chair is needed. This is really a detail. Five-star praise, and then give the hotel some suggestions. Can the hotel's sheets be de-miteed or like Marriott hotels, they will give a spray to de-mite, because our baby's face is bitten by lice on the bedding. Three big bags, finally, give the hotel a five-star praise, and finally gave us a bottle of home-brewed red wine from the hotel. After tasting it, the taste is still very good. Overall five-star praise!

I chose to stay at New Century Grand Hotel for 3 nights when I came to Kaifeng for tourism. It was very comfortable and satisfying. The beautiful waitress at the front desk was very friendly and upgraded me to a deluxe king-size bed room on a high floor for free. The room is large, spacious and bright. It has a balcony with tables and chairs, and it is very pleasant to sit and enjoy the view. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the wet and dry areas are separated. The bedding and bed linen are clean and comfortable. The cleaning work is done well. A fruit plate is delivered every day, and a good night dessert is also delivered on the third night: Tremella, red dates, and snow pear soup, which is very considerate and warm. Thumbs up! The breakfast is rich and distinctive. You can eat a lot of Kaifeng traditional food: spicy soup, chicken blood soup, steamed buns, fried jelly, mutton soup, etc. The male and female waiters are very diligent, enthusiastic, and thoughtful. The Chinese restaurant in the hotel has a good environment, good dishes, good service, and affordable prices. The hotel is in a superior location and convenient for travel. It is not far from the Qingming Shanghe Park, Kaifeng Mansion, Bao Gong Temple and other attractions. When checking out, I was given a souvenir bottle of red wine, which was a surprise! Thank you!
