AVOID!!! During the night (2am) from outside and climbing onto the beds. After speaking with reception as well as the night manager they did absolutely nothing at all saying that all the rooms are booked leaving me and my friends with no room sleep in at 3am. Worst customer service and cleanliness. Rooms don't even get cleaned properly after requesting to get the room cleaned. Also woke up to a stream of ants everywhere and took a vidoe and showed staff and they couldnt care less! Staff are absolutely rude and do not care about guests.

This hotel is not 5 stars. It was absolutely not the rooms were fairly modern but not as clean as you would have liked until you kept badgering them to clean. The food was always soggy batch made and cold - I felt like I was eating cold soggy and oily food. I have stayed in a 4 star before and even they knew not to soak eggs in so much oil ! Sorry but I feel sick even talking about the smell of this food that was never fresh. The first night I asked why my room smelt like a sewer and the stuck up lady working on customer relations laughed and said you get what you pay for ! Never have I met such a rude and obnoxious person. These people think they owe you a favour as opposed to you coming on a holiday and paying thousands to be heavily dissappointed. I do not have anything positive to say but I know that there are branded 5 stars local if you are willing to pay the extra couple of hundred which in hindsight is nothing !

Where do I start? From start to finish, our experience with Aydinbey was Amazing!! The decor blew us away on arrival! The staff are so friendly and welcoming! The food options are plenty! We particularly enjoyed the Beach Bar near the pool! There's something for everyone! The pools and nighttime entertainment are amazing! There's everything you could think of: a gym, Spa, shops, hairdressers, doctors; you name it, they have it! We are on our way home today and sad to be leaving! Thank you, Aydinbey, for the most incredible stay! We hope to use your services again in the future.

Ok, so we went as a couple and would usually choose something quiet. This hotel is definitely not quiet and was not really suitable for us. So why have I given it 4 stars? Well it would be unfair to mark the hotel down because we chose wrong. If you are a family then this hotel is most likely right up your street. There is lots for kids to do with great pools for all ages, nighttime entertainment etc. Restaurant is fairly typical, food is good even if a little samey after a few days. We like to get out and found that the local restaurants were a fair distance. Add 20 euro for a taxi if you want to eat in Balak. The Legends theme park is a short walk and has a fantastic up market shopping avenue with good food options. A little pricier but given there is no need for a taxi it can work out better. We can't recommend the a la cart we ate in the Italian and the service was slow, the food was at best average and they didn't really cater well for vegetarians. Rooms were clean and reasonably modern and beds were ok maybe a little hard but obviously thos is personal preference. Turkish Massage was very good, my wife can definitely recommend Adam (she was a little too happy for my liking...😀). He found the issues with a few places for her without her telling him. In summary, it's a lively hotel (too noisy during the day for us) with great facilities. Great for families.

Great fun for children with the animator!! good creativity and sense of humor!! Great hotel and very good food. All animations at the highest level. hotel staff very helpful. Lots of fun for children and adults. The evenings are wonderful, full of attractions for people both big and small.

I would like to rate this hotel 10/10 as it has many amenities like comfortable beds, clean room. Fresh flowers, fun water slides and clean pool, lovely night shows very entertaining musical nights. Nice shops and we had an amazing time at Spa. Food was delicious with amazing decorations. The Land of Legends next door to us. Bus service to beach was right on time. Good fun for little kids staff was amazing. Kids zone and nursery team looked after my little one very well, Miss O Bilir was sweet looked after my daughter very well in her nursery. Thanks team Aydinbey Queen Palace.

Fabulous hotel. Animation team fantastic! Great children’s disco, gymnastics, waterpolo, yoga. A massive appreciation to Kubra for making everyone feel welcome. Above and beyond expectations. Rooms very spacious and clean. Wonderful selection of choices for food, snacks throughout the day. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Stayed in May 2024. Animation team were great. Lots of aqua aerobics, water polo, yoga and darts. Really great evening entertainment and kids discos. Snack bar for lunch is great, saves going to the buffet again. Best thing about the hotel is the beach bar, little oasis by the sea that they don’t tell you about at reception.
