    Very Good

    Reasonable pricing for the location (a bit of a walk) and peaceful environment of the hotel. It would have been great if the gym is not chargeable, which is about JPY 2800 for a one time use. Onsen was great and conveniently located on the top floor with massage chairs. Highly recommended.

    Family mart is 5 meters away. Metro station sakaisuji homachi is about 200 m. A 2 levels supermarket near metro station. A lot of restaurants about range from yen 500-2000 yen near hotel and metro. Hotel has a great hot spring facility. However gym and swimming pool need to pay Yen 2700 per entry.

    Excellent

    Very good location. Near 3 different train stations with the nearest one being only 6 mins away. There is a Family Mart right downstairs as well making it a very pleasant stay. The Tully’s at the lobby is a very good pick me up for morning coffees as well. Would recommend.
