The hotel staff is very welcoming and helpfull. Thank you to Executive Puan Sarimah Sapwi on your kind helpfull. I was here attending company training. What I want to say is it the ballroom is very spacious and comfort. The room ia a sound proof. The food is very good and deliciuos. It is variety and very tastefully. The High tea also very good especially a mee goreng mamak. Overal is very good.

This was a staycation and we booked an executive twin with ‘2 large single beds’ as advertised, but the room was very small, so were the beds. Although rather well-appointed in terms of furnishings, there just isn’t quite enough space for 2 adults and a pre-teen child to roam. The tv is also smaller usual. There is no breakfast provided but the street that the hotel is located at has some options, but not where I would go for breakfast. The Mount Austin theme park is nearby, but if that’s where you’re heading, I’d assume you would like more space and comfort to chill out after an entire day of play.

Love the people at the front desk, they are always so happy and friendly. Check-in took a bit longer than usual but the staff were very apologetic. I stayed in the Urban room at level 12 facing the highway and river. To my surprise it was rather quiet I can’t really hear the traffic. Morning breakfast at level 6 was pretty crowded. The next morning I just went down earlier and it was great. The girls at breakfast were always happy to welcome us… keep it up 👍

It is a great location , below is just the mall . It was my 2nd time here. Most of the food , massage and shopping can be done here without the need to taxi around . Only bad thing is very crowded area 🤣. The hotel is clean but is kind of old if you are too particular. The bed is soft with 2 chairs and a table , sometimes we eat there. One last thing is the room generally dark so may need to open the curtain. Overall is still a great experience

Dear Crystal Crown Management Team, First of all, I would like to thank you for the hospitality during this period. To begin with, I have a brother who is currently serving quarantine at Hotel Ramada, so I know exactly what are the two hotels offering and its differences. Nevertheless, my stay with Crystal Crown has been a decent one which I am grateful for. I will also be honest with you that there are quite number of areas which need to be improved, not only for the wellbeing of the next batch of guests, but also for the benefit of your staff members. Hence, I would like to provide some constructive suggestions. 1) Communications a) Clarity on the rules of food / items delivery. The RELA briefed us on the arrival day, but it was unclear as we were seated outdoor. A suggestion is to include pictures in your document. See the attached photo for illustration. Besides pasting the rules at the entrance, you could also print it out in black and white for every room, together with the welcome letter. I believe that once the rules are spelled out clearly, the guests will manage their expectations accordingly. b) Distribute the 14 days necessities (e.g. mineral waters, trash bag, toiletries) at one shot. This is also a good practice of Hotel Ramada. Not only the guests can ration the items based on their needs, it also saves your hotel staff the trouble of attending to the needs of the guests at all time. c) Discontinue the whatsapp group. I understand the intention of setting up the group is for emergency purpose. But we all clearly know that this is not the case. Unfortunately, the chat group becomes a platform of all sorts of stuff: from requesting the daily necessities, clarifying the same delivery rules, asking the staff to pick up and send food / items, to spamming the group of 198 people with complaints and feud, or even turning the group into personal chat room. I believe once point a) & b) are sorted out, there is less need to use the whatsapp group as the main channel of communication. We can always use the phone in our room to call the front desk for additional requests or attend to emergency matters. Respecting the guests’ privacy is very much appreciated. 2) Dietary Preferences a) Make the effort to collect guests’ dietary needs and be committed to attend to it. This is a basic etiquette and fundamentals of the hospitality industries. Peanut and seafood allergies can be severe and deadly. The health of people with medical conditions (e.g. diabetes) could be affected. Not to mention the vulnerable such as the elderly, young children and pregnant women. We are human after all, hence the importance of mutual respect – treat the guests the way you want to be treated. b) Look after the well-being of the vegetarians. I would like to speak up for the vegetarians, especially those who practise strict vegetarianism. They cannot to take onions, garlic, chives, green onions and leeks, as it cause anger and desi

The staff is friendly and helpful during check in. The room is very clean, spacious and well maintained. I booked the room to celebrate my husband’s birthday and he was surprised to see our room being decorated with birthday balloons and a towel made “birthday cake” and a birthday card with handwritten birthday wishes by the staffs. Back here again for the 3rd time (2nd time with the family) because we love our previous stay back in Dec 2023. However this time round the room given to me was a little disappointing - smells smoke upon arriving and the bedside light was faulty. The kids pool have chicken wings bones in it and we also saw a cigarette bud been thrown down into the room (most likely from the opposite residence area). Despite being disappointed in some minor things, we still enjoyed our stay - the kids have fun and all :)

The place is ideally located near JB customs, which makes it convenient for travelers like us. However, with the constant flow of tourists coming and going, it seems the cleaning process hasn't kept up. When we checked into our room, we were disappointed to find used contact lenses and trash left behind, presumably by the previous guest.

There are restaurants, grocery stores and guardians below the residential building . The serviced apartment includes swimming pool. I haven’t checked out the gym. About 680 meters to walk to city square. The one bed room is spacious equipped with a washer. But the bath towels can’t be changed for the whole stay and no slippers are provided, and you need to empty the dust bins and return the keys before checking out.
