Last mins booking and I choose to stay this hotel for a short weekend stay. The location and safety is the main reason I choose this hotel. Secondly is the cleanliness. This hotel hygiene is still within my acceptable extent. The hotel staff named Putera is helpful to lend me a charger head when I forgot to bring it. The room is not soundproof as you can literally heard anything from surrounding. The room looks old but the basic necessities are still provided and functioning. The water shower temperature is a bit tricky when adjusting. Overall was good. Will come back this hotel only when there is no other better choices.

Located nearby to City Square Mall, Komtar JBCC and the CIQ. Great for day/weekend stay in nearby Johor Bahru mall for food, drinks, massage, movies and family karaoke. Front desk personnel and doorman were very friendly and polite. Chamber maids were helpful. Good price for a resting overnight place as mostly one will be in the malls.

Not the first time staying overnight here. Located next to City Square mall and price is reasonable for 1 night stay.

Cons: Noise level from the streets so not good for light sleepers

The location of this hotel is really convenient surrounding with malls & public transport.the downside is noise from vehicles outside which might interfere with your sleep

Service at reception is efficient . Breakfast was great. Rooms service was fast.will stay again. No bathtub.
