The location is great, situated downstairs with many eateries nearby, including the famous Dai Tao Lala Pot. The room is cozy and comfortable. However, the only downside is that the room's charging port doesn't support iPhone cables, so you'll need to use the common area for charging your phone.

The capsule pod was clean and spacious enough to sit up straight while leaning against the wall. The aircon inside the pod is not as cooling as in the room though, so be mindful of that. Duvet is quite thick so some people might feel hot if they use it through the night. Also the common space was pretty dark and gloomy, contrary to the pictures put up by the owners. Also contrary to the pictures all the computers are off, and the LAN room was also shut, so I don't think guests can use them. Definitely feels like the place has seen better days Shower has heater also but hot water only comes out when the pressure is set low. If pressure is set all the way the water is cold for some reason. Location is convenient at the heart of mount Austin, so can cover most popular restaurants, convenience stores and even a Jaya grocer within a 5-10 minute walking distance Counter staff consists of an uncle and auntie, probably the owners. Their attitude was not very friendly, and give you a frowning face everytime they see you. Maybe that's just their default facial expression, but didn't feel very welcome nonetheless. But oh well, the location alone more than makes up for their hospitality shortcomings.

The name of the place is Sleepz if my memory is correct. The environment is cozy. I love the privacy that I had. There are also computers that can be used. However, I didn't use it as I will do my work instead of relaxing. Haha. the downside was there were some flying bugs that accompany me as I shower. The aunty and uncle are very friendly as well. I will definitely come back 😁

Overall were comfortable and good. Location was good as well, can find many foods just a dews steps away.

the venue is very cosy and clean. common area is very big and convenient for travellers to mingle. basic amenities such as towel and shampoo soap is provided. sleeping area is very clean and spacious. the host is very friendly in introducing the place to new travellers.
