Easy check in with clear instruction.Nice sea view.walking distance to Phase 1 R&F mall shopping.Lots of good foods are available there。
Have shampoo provided but no shower gel.common toilet door is faulty.Cannot open fully。
In all a nice place to stay in will come again🤗🤠

Place was nice in that the sights are beautiful. Refer to pics Checkin was also pretty seamless. Do read all instructions carefully though. The upkeep of the place is however not so good. One of the rooms aircon was leaking, bedsheet & towels were not too clean.
Saving grace is that the administrator is very very nice and patient. He also provided new disposable towels and allowed late late checkout.

Had a nice stay at this unit. Good views . 3 rooms, 2 toilets. There is gym, swimming pool and a 400 m track. There is a dedicated parking lot at the multi storey carpark.
Will come back again in future.

實話説感覺挺一般的，但是很便宜，靠近兀蘭關口，但是聽本地人説這個位置治安不好，但是樓下有門衞，外人也進不來。酒店其實是公寓，需要自己去指定位置取鑰匙，全程自助，這個附近有一家榴蓮攤位很便宜，味道也不錯。吹風機不好用，插不上插座，衞生一般，床品潮潮的而且很多褶皺，感覺像別人住過的噴點水抻開給下一個人接着用的感覺衞生條件很一般

We had a great stay at The Bess Home stay. It is very clean and well maintained. The decor is modern and homely. There is a pool and gym facility as well.
R&F mall is less than 5 min away for food and grocery. There are also 2 prata place and some shops selling Chinese food just just 2-3 min walk away.
I highly recommend this place for a short getaway.

The place and cleanliness good but should provide car park location not floor number. It's really difficult for us to find. Below is the example of car park location.

10-15mins walk from city square through the linked bridge, but u will still need to cross one more road after u arrive RNF mall because it is located on opposite(directly face Singapore). You can find a lot of nice foods and beverage in RNF mall, and there is Jaya Grocer as well.
The house is spacious, clean and cozy. Nice view from master room, second room and balcony.
Master room bathroom is stuck, the water couldn’t flow out, however, the owner respond very fast. Overall a comfortable stay.

"We had a splendid 46th floor, 3-day stay at The Bess Homestay, and it was a truly great experience for both me and my family. The location is convenient, with Johor Bahru customs just 7-8 minutes away, and plenty of shops and malls nearby. The homestay is beautiful, clean, windy and the hosts are responsive to requests.
