DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE WITH STAFF & MANAGEMENT of this HOTEL. I had booked two Superior Class Rooms in this Hotel for my family(incl. Sr. Citizen Parents, 1.5 and 5 year old kids) through Goibibo website on 9th Nov, 2023 and got booking confirmation on same day. Duration of Stay was between 28th & 29th Nov. I was travelling from Jaipur to Jodhpur on 28th Nov and I called to this Hotel at around 12:30 PM to inform that I am travelling and will check in late evening and the receptionist said OK. We reached at Hotel Reception around 8:30 PM in and told receptionist about my booking, he said rooms will be ready in 10 minutes and asked us to wait. After few minutes, another staff member came there and he informed us that due to some electricity issue rooms are not available at their Hotel and they have made rooms available at another Hotel(Named as Megh Niwas or Clarks Inn) which is 1 to 1.5 km away. We then moved to that Hotel with Staff but noticed that Hotel was located in very small lanes and which was 3 km away and not on highway location like City Square. The Manager of Citi Square By Keymagic Hotel was already present at that other Hotel. He told us that due to some Technical Issues they are shifting all their guest to this Hotel which is Heritage Property and Rooms are of similar or higher category than those booked by me in their Hotel. After looking at the rooms in this Hotel, I felt that we are cheated by Staffs of City Square. Rooms were not cleaned, there was no ventilation inside room, some kind of bad smell was coming from rooms as it seems those were NOT Cleaned for several months.(See the attached photos clicked in Bathrooms) I told Manager of Hotel City Square that we did not like rooms and we want rooms in their Hotel itself. He denied saying he can not give rooms in City Square as no room available there and can not help us. It was around 9:45 pm in clock and I then called customer care of Goibibo to informed them hardships faced by me and my family. I informed Goibibo representative that Staff Members of Hotel City Square lied with me several times and did not keep their commitments towards customer. I asked the representative to contact manager of Hotel and request to make room available at City Square only but again Manager did not agree. Then I told Goibibo representative that I can stay in Hotel Megh Niwas on condition that Hotel City Square should refund 50% of amount paid by me as compensation because quality of rooms in that Hotel was below average. But this proposal was also rejected by Manager of the City Square. As I was with family and kids and it was already 10:30 pm I did not want to do follow up more and hence told Goibibo that I will check in Hotel Megh Niwas. I moved towards reception area of the Hotel for check in & suddenly Manager of City Square told me that I CAN'T CHECK-IN now as my booking has been cancelled by them. I was shocked to hear it.
