設施：設施太陳舊了，熱水器調節失靈，高温水下都不能洗澡
門板鬆動，一個晚上都在間歇性作響，影響睡眠
衞生：衞生一般
環境：外部環境比較安靜，但客房樓道隔音效果不好，能聽到樓上的嘈雜，影響入住品質
服務：服務一般，無功無過
