設施：有點簡陋
衞生：還算整潔衞生
環境：周邊環境還不錯，酒店是普通的公寓那種，旁邊會有辦公的，但是晚上挺安靜的，這個價格性價比很高
服務：老闆人挺好的

位置不太好找的 外面還沒有招牌 建議最好先聯繫一下老闆民宿風格還比較獨特 應該是剛裝修的比較新離御窯博物館還是蠻近的😂😂投影儀不太看得清很糊 還好也沒怎麼看～早上很吵隔音一般般 不大適合睡眠輕的人😭😭😭

房間整體還不錯，全新的，沙發座椅都很舒服，但是在一個筒樓裏，周邊感覺不太安全，一層樓很多房間還在裝修，旁邊都還沒住人，有同伴一起會比較好。位置還不錯，撫州弄旁邊，走過去就能到

大學生不騙大學生，今天中午剛退房，一回到家就來寫點評，因為體驗感真的很好，房間很乾凈是新裝修的各種設施都很好，真的非常的乾淨，而且房間也很漂亮，很舒服，有個很大的投影儀體驗感真的很好，老闆也很好講話很好溝通 附近有很多吃的，撫州弄就在旁邊 而且民宿價格也不是很貴，很有性價比

周圍吃的還行（外賣也很方便）主要是靠近幾個必打卡的景點算是比較乾淨的隔音也不錯（除了還在裝修）細節方面再提升一下就不錯的了管家也算管事事事有迴應
