The newly opened Hampton is a pleasant surprise. Although Hampton is not a high-end hotel among Hiltons, the hardware is not bad at all, and the clean, refreshing and personalized color scheme is just a little less luxurious than Hilton. The spare parts are also popular with Petrov. The service is very good, special praise to Xiao Xu at the front desk for being responsive to all requests. Breakfast is probably the richest in the same price range in the local area. The light and hot noodle stall has 6 kinds of noodles to choose from, and a large row of side dishes. The aunt at the noodle stall will also make you freshly fried omelette eggs. It really takes care of Western breakfast. . We were traveling with a baby, and there were toothbrushes and slippers for children, so simple parent-child needs were taken care of. It is located in the Canal New District on the edge of the city center, surrounded by mature residences, businesses and parks, and it is very convenient to get on the elevated line. In short, it is very cost-effective for simple business trips or taking care of children.

The room is new, spacious and in a good location. On New Year's Eve, we saw fireworks in the distance at the hotel because of the high floor. The only drawback is that there are no bed guardrails for children. Our group booked 4 rooms, one of which was upgraded to a suite. An unexpected surprise. There were also a lot of people at breakfast. There was no queue on the first day, and everyone went in to find seats. It was very chaotic. For breakfast the next day, hotel staff were at the door to maintain order, and you had to wait in line to get a seat before going in to dine. Feel much better.

Overall a good experience. I have to point out though that the pool is lukewarm and not fully heated. I would also like to point out that the concierge chose to speak in mandarin to my friend and didn’t include me in the conversation even though the booking I made was on my name and he was able to speak English. I had to guess what was happening the entire time.

The location of the hotel is very suitable for our trip. We were upgraded to a room when we checked in, and we could see the Ferris wheel in Xiuhu Park. Stayed for 8 nights during the Christmas period. Fruits were provided every day. There were also carefully prepared small gifts on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. The service was very attentive! The hotel has a parking lot and a large underground garage, making it very convenient to drive by yourself. Nanhu Hotel is worth staying at! Check-in: The assistant manager (is she the deputy manager?) in the lobby, a lady named Zhou (probably Zhou), was very considerate in her service. We called in advance to book the birthday room decoration. This young lady took us all the way to the room after check-in and wished my mother a happy birthday~ Dinner: We chose the hotel’s Chinese restaurant for dinner. When we were going downstairs, we met this young lady in the lobby. She took us to the restaurant and quietly told the restaurant waiter about our birthday. We got free birthday noodles for dinner. The several dishes we ordered tasted very good, and we were told that the portions were large and we should order smaller portions. An extra large fruit plate was given with the meal. Room: The slippers in the room are of very good quality, the mineral water is generously provided, and there is a fruit plate prepared when you enter. If I have to find fault, it is that the second floor of the lake view room can only see a bit of the lake. Also, the air conditioner was a bit loud at night. Environment: The hotel environment reminds me of the Yangzhou Guest House. Although it is not that big, it really takes a few steps to get a view. The hotel also has a south gate and a west gate where you can directly enter Nanhu Park by swiping your room card. Nanhu Park is large and free, and many people walk on the lake to exercise. The hotel is a bit far away from the Huijingyuan Pier to the Red Boat. It is recommended that self-driving friends take a taxi and then take a walk back to the hotel. Check in is relatively fast. I was given a room next to the elevator, and it didn’t matter if I stayed for one night. There is no hand sanitizer next to the wash basin, so I am stunned. Although we talk about environmental protection, hand sanitizer should still be a must! Let’s talk about the comfort of bedding and mattresses. I think it’s on the same level as Hanting. Let’s talk about the laundry room and gym on the ba*****t floor. The two spaces are connected together. The whole environment is humid and hot. You need to turn on the air conditioner. Next to it, there is a burst of urine odor from the drain. The laundry room has no other items except for the washing machine. Laundry detergent disinfectant, laundry bags, etc. I think this hotel does not meet the positioning standard of Jinjiang Metropolis, but I guess it is a direct franchise of Jinjiang brand.
